Nice hotel located in downtown Charlotte. Enjoyed our stay.

Property has a parking garage but you are required to pay 15 dollars a day for parking. And they place an authorization fee on your card without notice and then its multiple charges that are not returned until 3 to 5 business days

Property is in a good location and very clean. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. However, this hotel is poorly managed. Each floor and elevators have signs saying no smoking or $250 fine. The hotel reeked of cigarettes and weed. When I got home my clothes smelled like I came from the bar and smoked a joint on the way home. Lovely due to the fact that my 14-year-old daughter stayed with me he used we lost power due to the storm Friday. I am also a nurse and had to go to work smelling like smoke. We slept maybe 2-3 hours our first night as we had the joy of listening to the people partying two doors down from 1:30am until after I left for work at 6:15am. They yelled and screamed up and down the halls for hours and slammed doors at least a couple times an hour. Apparently there were many complaints but I was told by the front desk that “they tried to call and couldn’t get in touch with them”. Seriously? I wasn’t offered a comp night or refund for having to stay awake all night & smell the weed & cigarettes coming in under my door. These people should have been removed but hotel staff did nothing. The next night (Regretfully, I booked two so my daughter didn’t have to get up early) was slightly better but not much. Doors slamming all night long, people yelling & smoking in the halls. Will never stay again. Wrote hotel, got no answer. Really want a refund.

Convenient and clean road construction outside was a wake up call

$28 per day valet parking was the only parking option. Not mentioned during booking. Seemed a little rediculous.

Staff was excellent! Tyler gave us some outstanding recommendations and Moe was more than happy to take us where we needed in the shuttle. Can't say enough good things about the crew there.

Great location, staff was great. Breakfast wasn't much

Excellent location in Uptown. Exercise facility small for size of property.

How clean the bath room was and the bed was clean too i did not find a pice of hair in the sheets like in most hotels.

It was centrally located to where i was going. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfasts were really good & had quite a variety. A few nights during the week they even had an "appetizer" time that you could pretty much make a meal on (they even had wine)! The only negative was the walls were a bit thin (you could hear a lot through them), but overall, this was a great choice & we'd definitely go again!

The staff was very helpful the room qas what i ordered
