Ask for receipts!! If they think they can SCAM you out of a "cash deposit" of $20 they will. DO NOT GIVE IT. THE REASON FOR THE DEPOSIT WAS EARLY CHECK IN AND WE DIDNT EVEN LEAVE!! I PAID FOR THE ROOM AN EXTRA NIGHT WAS TOLD I HAD TO COME PAY IT OR LEAVE.

It's just ok for the money. Continental breakfast needs to be improved

Breakfast was a joke 630 am to start, got there at 715 and it was still being set up, the clerk setting it up said it would be an hour for the hard boiled eggs they were In the fridge. The literally had 3 pieces of white bread 3 pieces of wheat bread out and 3 mini bagels for a hotel full of guests. Coffee was so weak you could read the newspaper through it. The apple juice and orange juice didn't work and the cups were about shot glass size. There was also plastic hanging from the wall above to catch the water from the roof leaking above the food on the counter.

Water problems in bathroom. Had to be reimbursed.

Though the area around the hotel wasn't so great, it was roughly a quarter mile from the interstate and less than fifteen minutes from the Bank of America stadium. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. We were on the first floor so I was able to back into a parking space directly in front of the room, which was nice. The continental breakfast was alright. I only ate it the first morning. There were four fast food restaurants and a gas station within a block of the hotel.

We stopped here so we'd have a connecting night-stay to another hotel, in Charlotte. The ghetto scene is very uncomfortable, heard bunch of ruckus outside, we went to the 7/Eleven next door and there was herds of obnoxious people along with someone harrassing us for money. That wasn't so pleasant considering my wife was with me. The pillows were EXTREMELY thin and no cushion. Although the staff was very polite and nice and gave us breakfast even though we woke up late. Good bathroom too, great water pressure for the showerhead.

Great location right off of I-85, and in short proximity to fast food place and about 12minutes from downtown Charlotte. The staff was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and had a new TV, Fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was very clean and stuffed with fresh towels n toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again when I visit Charlotte, NC.

Overall, it was a good hotel, for the price. No specific issues. Internet was slow. but okay.

The hotel is older, but immaculate. There is an old style tv that worked fine and lots of cable channels. The room has a fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Everything is clean and in working order and the wifi is also fine. Beds were great. Breakfast included waffles, fruit, cereal, toast, hard boiled egg. Nice sunny area to eat in. Our only real complaint is that the area is a bit below par. It is not dangerous, but just kind of seedy, with lots of fast food type eateries. It was perfect for a quick nights rest, close to the freeway, easy in and out. We maxed out the outlets charging things, but for the price, you just can't beat it.

We stayed only for one night. Overall this is a great hotel and I would stay there again. Location in convenient close to Intersate and downtown. Staff was very kind and helpful. And the rooms, did not expect much, but wow very clean. Also the breakfast lobby, a bit small, but clean.

The room is small but very clean. Everything works. It's also very convenient. There are microwave oven and refrigerator in the room.
