BE WARE DO NOT STAY HERE

Worse experience of my life! Domestic abuse and death threats next door. Dirty sheets and shower curtain. Mix matched window curtains that didn’t close. An actual hole was in the wall behind the mattress. I found it after I begged for clean sheets and was made to change the bedding myself. There was no hot water. No dishwasher. No coffee maker. Front desk was rude and attempted to evade taking the call from hotels.com while trying to confirm a refund would be issued & proper steps were taken. Did I mention the police were called there 3 times in less than 12 hrs and parole officers roamed the halls in the morning.

Dogs allow - think twice

This property is full of residents and they allow pets. In the first night I didn't sleep because a dog barked like crazy all night long in the proximity of my room till 6am. And after this was a problem with smoke sensors at 3rd level and the alarm started ringing at every 5 minute. Was a nightmare. Consider this before booking this Hotel. Otherwise it's ok. Nice area and clean rooms.

Warning avoid at all cost.

Absolutely horrible cpuldnt check in had to wait until 8pm chexk in time was 3pm. Had to basically give a organ at the front desk. Somreason needed all phone numbers not just mine. Elevator is just plywood....let that sink in a bit.PLYWOOD JUST LAYING THERE OVERLAPPING. Room smelled hallways smelled we checked in a 8pm checkes out at 1220am couldnt take it any longer.

Disgusting/ Prostitution/ Drugs/ Dangerous

This is a disgusting place. There were prostitutes there with men coming in and out all throughout the night. I could smell weed and cigarettes the entire time I was there. You could hear them having relations (loudly) and then fighting over money. Two men came beating on my door at 11pm and I did not sleep after that, I was so scared. Also the hot water didn’t work so I couldn’t even shower. I wish I would have spent more money on a nicer place. Oh and the elevator had a plywood floor!

I was there to visit a friend in charlotte and this was the worsted experience I have ever had at a hotel room horrible people sleeping in cars and noise all night long if you turn the wrong way in the bed it sound as if the bed is falling apart.

It was overall good. Room that I stayed in was in good condition, everything working perfectly and well kept. Just the entrance to the hotel that needs some work in terms of the scent of cigarettes sometimes and the elevator but I believe work is ongoing so yeah it was good for me I’ll say.

The hotel tried to charge me more than what the online price was. My room was dirty and had a small kitchen with no cups. Also when I walked outside there was homeless people asking to use my slcell phone and wanted money. Not to mention they where working on the floors from 8-6pm the noise from the sawing, hammering and music was unbearable. I will NEVER say at this dumb again.
