We had zero water pressure, and we were told we just needed to be more patient. Front desk and restaurant staff were extremely rude and seemed bothered by us interrupting their personal lives to check in, and to order food and drinks. Elevators were absolutely filthy. Don’t be fooled by the brand name or the location. It’s an absolute dump

We stayed for five nights at we did not get our room clean at all during our stay. I asked for housekeeping daily and nightly, and they never came. We had to ask for new towels daily! The room was not clean, stains on walls n carpet n left over hair balls dirty, and the furniture was outdated n worn. There was no furniture pillows or chairs to sit down properly and it was a suite.

This was the worst hotel I’ve have stayed in for a long time. Website says 24 hr shuttle to Charlotte Airport but on off hours virtually nonexistent. Front desk is no help with information about when shuttle might be available. Several calls to hotel prior to arrival were reassuring but on-site the desk person couldn’t give any info. AC very LOUD! Elevator not working. Restaurant is bar food and buffet breakfast for a fee. Hotel shabby and out dated. Will NEVER book again. Orbitz shouldn’t offer this booking.

The person at the front desk could not find a second room reservation for my daughter. When we asked her to just give us a second room she lied and said the hotel was oversold. I went on line and was able to find plenty of available rooms. When i raised the issue with the manager she said the hotel was oversold as well. The parking lot is pretty empty. I found their behavior insulting and unacceptable.

The entire staff was amiable. Beautiful hotel. Will stay again when traveling for business.

Lack of facilities lack of privacy..food horrible. It should not have been open

So disappointing for a Hilton. Furniture was damaged and beat up. Cleanliness was not what I’d expect from a Hilton. Staff were semi-courteous. Price was way too high for the room and amenities. Breakfast was way too expensive. Will seek out a different hotel next time we visit.

Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. After check-in was sent up with a key that didn’t work. Check in took 10 minutes. $20 breakfast buffet was mediocre. Priced at twice what it should be. Won’t be coming back. Staff, without exception, was not on the ball. They all seemed half asleep.

Very quick access to the airport

I like hot water. The shower water was luke warm at best.

Property and room was not consistently maintained or upgraded. Top it off with both elevators out of service.

Our car and 10 others were broken into and our items were stolen. We have also missed our flight to our holiday vacation. I do not recomend anyone stay at this Hilton. Dec 22nd 2021

Location was convenient to restaurant, driving in and out of highway. Hotel is old and dated.
