I know we are right near the airport, but wish their was some better sound proofing in those walls. Property was a bit messy indoors and out. Hallways seemed dimly lit.
I was in line twice for 20-30 minutes day one. One person trying to answer phone and check in guests. Clearly poor management.
Great food in the restaurant and great service. Allowed us to park on site for our quick trip.
Hallways were warm, staff was great. Building a little subpar for a Holiday Inn. Room overall was fine.

I made a reservation the day before for this property but didn't receive a confirmation email. I called the property the next morning and they told me they didn't have any record of it so I booked it a second time. So I was charged twice for the same stay. I have been a loyal customer for the last 25 years, but apparently that doesn't mean anything to them! Needless to say I will never stay at Holiday in or any of it's affiliates ever again!

The front desk person was very busy when I checked in around 9 PM. She did a wonderful job, despite having to answer calls and a line of gas waiting to
Horrible service with the airport shuttle. Extra charges on my card without authorization. Bedding was falling apart and looked and felt dirty. Overall one of the worst holiday inn experiences ever.

Dear Valued Guest,Clearly it is our fault as it is still a struggle to find quality staff still today. Clearly, it is our fault because we chose to give some of our dedicated workers time off for them to spend with family over the Thanksgiving Holiday.
