The bathroom fan needs to be fixed and the air conditioner was loud too. I had a hard time sleeping. The chair for the desk was ripped up and there were chemical type smells. The parking lot and road to the property had huge potholes. Your staff was great and very accommodating.

The hotel was fine. I’m Angry that I needed customer support at hotels.com and there was not a human to be found. The automated service did not help at all. Please contact me as we needed to change our dates and had to pay through the hotel - which is fine but hotels.com I’m hoping will provide us a refund as they could not transfer the night
