Trash in parking lot and needed cleaning of doors at front entrance. Room was clean.

This hotel needs a make over ASAP and the rooms are too small the staff is not to useful the place looks unattractive

My flight was cancelled and I had to reserved this hotel. All rooms were smelly and I had to change room twice. The room was non smoking still it was smoky. The room condition were also bad. They had places fan all over he carpet to get rid of smell. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Advertise free breakfast. Do not plan your flight before 6:30am. No beuno!!

The rooms are very old, tubs are dirty, and the hallways reek of Marijuana.

Just old. All desks and shelves where from the 60's and the wear to match. Hole in the cover from a cigarette burn or something. Too cheap to replace? Really? Paid 80 bucks for the room too.

I've booked a room at this hotel by I wasn't able to stay so I canceled it the same day I book it still was charged twice. Mind u it was a free cancellation so booked it in the 3rd to stay there on the 4/7 of November bt was still charged all though I have a cancellation in my email

The lobby is small and cramped. No coffee setup at 6am. Loud in hallways with lots of slamming doors and talking you can hear from room. The rooms are outdated and show considerable need for repair. The best part of the hotel stay was the free parking and quick, efficient shuttle to airport.

Horrible. Worse than expected bed is tiny. No room to put luggage. Closet door broken. No tooth paste or mini shampoo. Horrible Horrible horrible

The halls werent very pretty and the decorations were dated, but the bed was comfortable and it had a nice shower. The room was small but cozy and it had a tv, mink fridge and a microwave. Nice stay for a pretty low price.

The room was dirty, hair on one of the towels. Funky smells on the hallways and room. This hotel needs serious remodeling, the shuttle left over 20 minutes late. Not a place I would recommend for anyone to stay.

I did not have a good experience. In fact it was the worse experience ever. The hotel did not look anything like it was depicted online. The hotel was nasty and did not appear safe. I did not stay one night there but yet I was still charged. I spoke with the hotel clerk about it and he wasn't helpful or professional. I checked out the room and the refrigerator was filthy, floors wasn't clean, and everything was old. I'm still fighting to be compensated

The staff and cleanliness of this airport were above average. The breakfast bar included waffles and cereal, coffee and orange juice. The bagels and bread for toast were pretty dry and I think they had been out too long (this was at 6:30 a.m. when I had breakfast). Still, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good for the money. Good while on a business trip or attending a seminar. Over all satisfied.

I was looking for cheap hotel, walking distance to some choices of food, close to the airport that allowed me to leave my car there and then pick me up. That's what I got. I would do it again.

Grossness. Stains on the window seat. Old stained decor. Arrived at night. Airport shuttle was over an hour late. Staff was pleasant enough but I don't think anybody really cared about anything. I chose this place for the brand name and the exterior picture. In the dark you would never know it was the same place. I'll spend a few more bucks next time for the feeling of cleanliness and upkeep.

We are sorry to hear that the parking lot and entrance to the hotel at the time of your arrival was not completely clean, we have maintenance staff that sweeps parking lot intermittently during the day and we try our best to keep everything as clean as possible.

We are in the process of renovating and upgrading the hotel. Unfortunately being a "Microtel" Brand hotel the rooms are smaller than the average hotel room and this can not be changed due to the design of all Microtels.

I am sorry that the stay was not up to your standards. The fans you are referring to were being used to speed up the process of the carpet drying after they were deep cleaned and shampooed. We are in the process of renovating the hotel and I would welcome you back to see our progress in the future.

Thank you for your review. We do offer a free continental breakfast. I see your review is from Saturday. Breakfast hours are from 7 am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday - thus why selections were very limited at 6:30. Our weekday hours are 6:30-9:30am.
