Advertise free breakfast. Do not plan your flight before 6:30am. No beuno!!

The rooms are very old, tubs are dirty, and the hallways reek of Marijuana.

Just old. All desks and shelves where from the 60's and the wear to match. Hole in the cover from a cigarette burn or something. Too cheap to replace? Really? Paid 80 bucks for the room too.

I've booked a room at this hotel by I wasn't able to stay so I canceled it the same day I book it still was charged twice. Mind u it was a free cancellation so booked it in the 3rd to stay there on the 4/7 of November bt was still charged all though I have a cancellation in my email

The room was dirty, the staff were un friendly, the bed was uncomfortable. I will never stay there again

The lobby is small and cramped. No coffee setup at 6am. Loud in hallways with lots of slamming doors and talking you can hear from room. The rooms are outdated and show considerable need for repair. The best part of the hotel stay was the free parking and quick, efficient shuttle to airport.

Horrible. Worse than expected bed is tiny. No room to put luggage. Closet door broken. No tooth paste or mini shampoo. Horrible Horrible horrible

The halls werent very pretty and the decorations were dated, but the bed was comfortable and it had a nice shower. The room was small but cozy and it had a tv, mink fridge and a microwave. Nice stay for a pretty low price.

The room was dirty, hair on one of the towels. Funky smells on the hallways and room. This hotel needs serious remodeling, the shuttle left over 20 minutes late. Not a place I would recommend for anyone to stay.

I did not have a good experience. In fact it was the worse experience ever. The hotel did not look anything like it was depicted online. The hotel was nasty and did not appear safe. I did not stay one night there but yet I was still charged. I spoke with the hotel clerk about it and he wasn't helpful or professional. I checked out the room and the refrigerator was filthy, floors wasn't clean, and everything was old. I'm still fighting to be compensated

The staff and cleanliness of this airport were above average. The breakfast bar included waffles and cereal, coffee and orange juice. The bagels and bread for toast were pretty dry and I think they had been out too long (this was at 6:30 a.m. when I had breakfast). Still, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good for the money. Good while on a business trip or attending a seminar. Over all satisfied.

Nice and easy find to stay and need very comfort in room and need fresh carpet

Not as good as other microtel tv out lock did it work bad meal

I was looking for cheap hotel, walking distance to some choices of food, close to the airport that allowed me to leave my car there and then pick me up. That's what I got. I would do it again.

Grossness. Stains on the window seat. Old stained decor. Arrived at night. Airport shuttle was over an hour late. Staff was pleasant enough but I don't think anybody really cared about anything. I chose this place for the brand name and the exterior picture. In the dark you would never know it was the same place. I'll spend a few more bucks next time for the feeling of cleanliness and upkeep.

Staff at front desk was very helpful, plug did not work near bed, got awoken by a false fire alarm at 730 in the mourning to evacuate the building, nothing like waking to someone banging on your door and strobes going off

Suppose I should have known but this was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. And I'm not talking poorly of its associate at the desk. My room had holes in the wall, food in the floor (crumbs and cracker chunks, toothpaste in the sink, dry spit on the mirrors, a window that wouldn't close all the way, the toilet paper role was almost gone and I had just arrived, no complimentary shampoo or conditioner and my cell phone stuck to the nightstand it was sticky. Honestly the bed was the only thing that was clean but I would guarantee there were probably bed bugs in it. The room was so disgusting that I actually put my shoes on the bed to keep them off the nasty floor. I'm a very small 24 year old that didn't feel safe In that hotel alone. I'm so thankful that right before my boyfriends flight out of Charlotte he booked me one of the nicest hotels in the city. I'm glad to because if I couldn't find another room I was going to sleep out in my car. The pictures of the rooms you see online look NOTHING like the real thing. Again the guy at the front desk was very understanding so I have no complaints against the staff. Well...housekeeping is another story.

Booked one of the cheapest hotels after missing connection due to weather. This hotel has limited shuttle service... had to wait for three rounds of a van pick-up (too many people waiting) before giving up and jumping into a taxi. Regretted not booking the other brands as their vans passed by more frequently. Hotel staff at midnight were just going through the motions - slowly. Took another 20 minutes to check-in. Room was smoky and not well kept. This would be a motel type no frills place. Hotel is in a dark and not great part of town. Walked across to the Waffle House and felt very uncomfortable. Fortunately or unfortunately lots of police cruising the area. I would definitely not coming back. I was a single male business traveler.. I wouldn't even think of bringing kids to this part of town.
