Accommodating and friendly staff. Up to date. Breakfast was nice. Valet staff were nice. It’s Charlotte so it’s quieter the higher up you stay. I was on the 4th floor right off of the elevator. I heard some noise outside at night, but not enough to keep me awake. There are 11 or more floors I think. Overall great stay and I will be back.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff is wonderful but beware the area is unsafe. Breakfast was crowded and many items were out and not replenished. The dishwasher in the room had dirty dishes in it upon our arrival. Water pressure in shower (11th floor) is low The pet relief area is the First Ward park which had a large unhoused population begging for money, etc every time we walked the dog. VALET YOUR CAR !!! We tried to save a few bucks and parked in the lot right beside the hotel and had our vehicle windows smashed out and items taken in less than 12 hours after parking. It’s NOT the hotels fault and they were very nice and let us use cardboard and tape to secure the vehicle for our 6+ hour drive home. Overall we probably stay there again without our dogs and definitely paying for valet.

Excellent stay!

I have rarely experienced such friendliness from staff across the board. From the valet to the lovely lady who assisted with the breakfast, everyone was courteous and respectful. The hotel was immaculate and gorgeous. Our view of the Charlotte skyline was lovely. I was there for a concert, the hotel was the perfect place to stay. I will be staying there the next time I go to Charlotte.

Very clean and the stay was very nice and the room was very comfortable and inviting. And everyone from the front desk to the regular workers was very friendly. Ill definitely will be staying there again.

I enjoyed the view however the bathroom floor was slippery and the bed sheets smelled musty. I assume it was the body odor or the previous person who slept in the bed. The Valet Parking was amazing, they were very helpful amd timely.
