It was OK. The restaurant was great.
Our experience was excellent, very quiet and clean. With only one night we didn’t get to experience the hotel facilities as we normally would (spa, pool, dining, etc). But overall we had a wonderful time in a beautiful room and a terrific location in downtown Charlotte
We stayed here for two nights for our prehoneymoon stay. We asked the hotel staff to decorate the room prior to our arrival. Upon entering our room we quick realized that they had forgotten about the soul reason for our stay. They attempted to make up for it by decorating while we were out for dinner. I loved the Bar Coca! They have great chocolates and gelato. We made good use of the gym and the pool for late night swimming. The valet service was quick and speedy.
In town for TS concert, location was perfect, very little road and downtown noise. We were very excited about our room/ex suite. They gave us connecting rooms due to number of beds we needed issue. The front desk manager was wonderful the valet was superb. The only things that could have been better was when we arrive and checked everything out seemed ok. When headed to bed, found things housekeeping didn't clean well. Found a sippy cup lid in living area, we had adults and teenagers, certainly not ours and then found chip crumbs in the sofa bed. There were no sheets for sofa bed, which we called and they brought right up. We stayed 2 nights and it was great, convinant and would defiantly stay again. Bell hop, valet and front desk.....kuddos on all you do to make people, yes even the mini van with pink TS writing on it with 5 very excited teenage girls, feel welcome and not out of place.

I made a last minute reservation and saved several hundred dollars off the listed rate. They gave me a huge room on the top floor with a gorgeous view of downtown. Amenities are the nicest I've experienced in any 5-star hotel. This is as nice as(and newer than) than any other Ritz I've ever stayed in. In-room coffee and espresso machines, tv in the bathroom mirror, well-lit desk and a healthy choice of foods on the in-room-dining menu. I'll be back
