Food was ok but not the greatest in taste and quality. The beach water was not clear at all.. could not see my feet even in ankle deep water and I was stung by jelly fish and got random rashes my whole visit aswell as upset tummy and diarrhea. Other beaches such as Mexico beach are a lot clearer.. was unable to see any coral reefs or fish from the beach or pier.

Everything was wonderful at this property. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms was spotless clean. it was something to do every night in the lobby or a show going on. The casino was so much fun. The deep tissue spa was great. I will definitely visit again.

In our experience, this property is at best comparable to a 3-star hotel. When I arrived to my room, I called the concierge to let her know that my room was not up to par and she was very nasty. I immediately reached out to Expedia and they weren’t able to accommodate me for 72 hours due to them, reaching out to the property, which 72 hours was my check out. They eventually accommodated me. There was no room service on the grande side.
