Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek

Everything was great here, and 2 important needs to were satisfied: 1. The bed wasn't rock hard like in so many other places I've stayed at. 2. It's a hop, skip, and a jump away from a gas station (right up the road) so that refiling the rental car and avoiding those high refill fees is easily avoided. Of the 5 cars at the gas station, all had out of state plates implying that others had caught on.

The room appeared clean, until we broke a glass bottle and had to move the refrigerator and I found wrappers and other trash under there. I know that's not something that gets checked everyday, but still... Everything else was very clean. The bed was surprisingly hard and the pillows surprisingly soft, so neither my husband nor I slept very well.

Check in was easy; I enjoyed the room, gym, and pool. Wish breakfast was open earlier in the morning, but they have the go n grab area.

Very nice little hotel to spend the night before our early flight

It was my first Aloft. I absolutely loved it. I will stay with them again.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and friendly as you would expect in an Aloft property.

This hotel is exactly as all Alofts are comfortable, clean and a good experience.

Great hotel for staying the night before an early flight. Free shuttle service. You can ditch the car the night before and get picked up at the car rental company. It seems like a nrand mew hotel. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Nice lobby with pool table and a bar.

This is my second time staying here. We love the location and the amenities provided at this hotel. Breakfast is great as usual and cooked fresh. The pool area was very clean and heated, even on such a cold day. Only issue we had is that we had our toddler with us and he found an empty box of cigarettes in our trash can. Had the trash cans been completely cleaned out, this would have been discarded. Last time we stayed we had an issue of a piece of trash from the previous guest being left in the trash can, too. Maybe they need to start using plastic bags in the trash cans to ensure they are completely cleaned out.

I thought the hotel was nice. clean comfortable, and pleasant staff. shuttle not only for airport but for shopping area not far from hotel (within 5 miles)

I would have given this hotel a 5 but in order to use the bathroom light you have to turn the entire room light on. Kind of annoying. Nice hotel though and the most comfy bed ever!

Very nice place to stay. Close to airport and Brier Creek for all of your shopping and dinning needs. Room was very comfortable even though the setup was a bit odd. The staff was great.

Good location. I loved how close it was too the mall. Hotel is clean, and rooms are great. I had no complaints. Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel next to the airport clean and good atmosphere

I love this hotel convenient and clean and safe. The first floor is cozy and lively bar.

Excellent hotel and location! Very good concept in the hotel industry. Amazing

Clean hotel room. Not extravagant but lovely and well though out room plan.

Overall our stay was just OK. A bit disappointing, no TV connection and the lighting was odd, to turn off/on during the night.

I like the open layouts of Aloft rooms. The rooms are clean and conveniently located. Only issue was thin walls where i could my neighbors TV.

Aloft is a nice modern hotel to stay at. My boyfriend and I stayed for my birthday weekend. It isn’t that far away from shopping areas or the Crabtree mall. It’s also in a quiet community. I would definitely stay here again.

Tony, We are thrilled with your 4 star review and we will use your comments to fine tune our operations. We are glad you were able to make use of our complimentary shuttle service but a bit disappointed that they did not meet your expectations. We will certainly address that opportunity.
