Everything look great!! Nice staff. Beds confortable

Most important thing is that they had a true baby crib. Meant the world to her sleep. Most other hotels have Pack-in-Plays- which she hates. Also, staff was extremely helpful. Because of recent events, my wife and I were unable to lift. They unpacked and packed my Mini-Van for me!! We also appreciated being in a Suite where we could separate the baby's sleep area from our own. Of course, the Microwave and Fridge were also used well. Finally, the hotel offers ethernet, affording a fast Internet connection.

We had a very nice time in April. The room was just what we wanted--very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The location was good for our uses in the area.

I stayed for 1 night but it was almost like a vacation. I enjoyed the pool and great Raleigh sun. There are many restaurants close by. Staff is so helpful. Airport shuttle is avaliable anytime, almost like a personal drive. Don't think twice! Nothing is 4 stars about this hotel.

We stayed here overnight and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was very clean and the staff continuously monitored items on bar.

I arrived late and tired on a Friday evening for a one night stay with my teenage son. The staff greeted me enthusiastically with free chocolate and water. The next morning I used the fitness center, which was much better equipped than the typical hotel (free weights, pull up bar, disposable headphones in addition to typical cardio equipment). Again the staff (different than the night before) was super friendly. The gym was well stocked and clean. I forgot some things at home and there was a Target right down the road. Breakfast was very nice as well, even better than the typical Hampton Inn. They were doing construction which made breakfast noisy but there were signs posted apologizing and letting us know it would be happening from 9-5. The new rennovations look great so far. It will be fabulous when complete. Great stay!

We were greeted at the airport by Gerry who took our bags and helped us get to the hotel after a late night (11:30 PM) arrival. Both he and the front desk staff were friendly & cheerful despite the late hour. Upon entering our room we found a well appointed room with a king bed, a lounge chair, a desk with information about what was available at the hotel. Free Wi-Fi The bathroom was huge with plenty of toiletries - body lotion, cream rinse, mouth wash, facial & bath soap, shampoo (after the first day - our first night we had double body lotion & no shampoo but we got it at the front desk) They were fantastic! The Hot Breakfast was AMAZING!

Stayed there to attend a wedding. Thought we were going with the cheap option, but this hotel didn't feel cheap. It felt new, bright, and clean. The bed was clean and comfy. The room was big with modern furnishings and plenty of room to spread out. It had central ac, rather than a wall unit and I like having a thermostat instead. Breakfast was good. Lobby was big and nice. I have to get real specific to mention any negatives. Our room keys stopped working twice, which was annoying. The shower was nice a big, but no shelves for bathroom products, had to go on floor. Biggest complaint - an in-room mini fridge and microwave are listed as amenities, but at least for our room, were not automatically provided. They were quick to bring up a mini fridge when we called the front desk. But don't list it if it doesn't come standard.

This is fairly new building and a good location for many restaurants. The I-40 and RDU airport is pretty close too.

Great hotel, Newer hotel fully updated with all the amities to make either business or personal travel comfortable. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I will stay there again for sure.

All in all, the hotel was very solid. Comfortable bed, good breakfast selection and courteous customer service. I will say that you could hear a lot of noise coming from adjoining rooms but not enough to deter me from staying there again. For the price and location, you can't beat it.

Clean inside and out. Friendly and efficient staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Wonderful weekend.

Great weekend get away. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Hotel in close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

We had very good time. Hotel has great location, clean comfortable rooms. Big vatiety of dining options.

Two good sized meeting going on at the same time and we never ran into each other at all. Well laid out, pretty new hotel, very easy to get to for locals as well as those flying in. The breakfast was weaker than the usual "free breakfast."

Staff was superior! Arrived at the start of the worst snowstorm in years and everyone was very accomodating and helpful. Hotel felt like home with its fireplace, and warm, secure rooms.

Close to shopping and airport. Big wedding reception while we were there but did not interfere with out stay at all. Room was spacious and quiet.

This was a 2-night business trip for which I was denied Hilton Honor points - I'll never book my hotels through Orbitz again unless this is corrected ... Joe
