The check in was very easy , staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.
This looked to be brand new. Spotlessly clean, courteous staff, easy check in, etc. Great experience.
The hotel is amazing. There’s only one thing that bothered us and that was the elevator was broken. The delays for all the gas to use one elevator was unacceptable. We gave up and finally walk down the steps with all of our luggage and little children.
The computer system was down or rebooting. The desk attendant was not polite and made no eye contact. She basically said “we’d just have to wait.” She returned to her cell phone monitoring. No “sorry, or pleases or thanks.” She needs people skills training. All of the other desk attendants were polite, courteous and friendly. I stayed here twice last week.

Nice hotel
This hotel is amazing. Clean, friendly stuff, excellent area, spacious and even have a convenient stores on site. Only issue I had was night staff approved me to check out at 1pm but morning staff was calling trying to readjust the time. I didn’t appreciate that disturbance.
There were definitely some signs of aging like our bathroom door fell off it’s track, the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed and when we were moved to a new room the handle fell off the door. Otherwise it’s a great place. You have to be OK with a sliding door for a bathroom that doesn’t really fit tight enough to keep smell in. We have seen this at other Hilton’s and the doors are cool but not effective as a bathroom door.
It was a nice hotel, the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I would stay here again.
