This was my first time staying at ALOFT Hotel and let me say, I had a great experience! First off at the front door is a gentleman named Ryan who was a breathe of fresh air, very pleasant, professional, very attentive, and lively. Through-out the entire stay all the staff that I met where very polite and profession. The room was clean, the elevators worked which is huge, and if I needed anything they were right there.They had a bar and restaurant that I didn't get a chance to use this time but on my next visit I will be staying here again, I will. they had a gym, pool, business office, all the things you need when on vacation. Thanks again Ryan for making this an excellent experience.

Very Nice Room! (Two Queen). Shower was nicely updated but missing keys components that even a 1 star roadside “Motel” would have. (NO SHELVES OR PLACE IN SHOWER TO PUT PERSONAL PRODUCTS OR WIFE TO BE ABLE TO SHAVE, ONLY OFFERS ONE SINK NOT A DOUDLE VANITY FOR A TWO BED ROOM????, AND DID NOT OFFER ANY APOLOGIES FIR INCONVENIENCES AT CHECK IN. For a “Airport Hotel” people got places to be at curtain times… HAVE SOMONE AT DESK OR CHECKING FRONT DESK EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE!! (Waited over 10 minutes to check in and it was not busy in lobby and bar attendant ignored us.)
