The staff was very friendly and helpful- but could see they were understaffed. The indoor pool was murky and should be checked.

Great upgrades and service perks. The complimentary items were a plus too! Breakfast was great!

It was a very cold weekend in Raleigh and the staff made sure that everyone was warm and comfortable. The evening happy hour staff was super nice and the early morning (6 am) breakfast crew amazing. The food is always terrific. We love this hotel and would highly recommend to others.
Nice large room with sitting area separate from bedroom with it's own TV. Huge bathroom, nice to have above average space in the room. Clean too. Microwave and small fridge came in handy.
We checked into this hotel in the Raleigh NC location around 4am. I made a reservation for my family and when we arrived we were greeted by a friendly face who helped us get settled. For a 1 night stay, we ended up switched Rooms 4 times. The first room we were assigned too, were greeted by a man sleeping in the couch, please remember it's 4am!. The 2nd room had an overwhelming mildew smell. The 3rd room also was occupied by another family. The last room wasn't the best but it was better than the rest. we The toilet was stopped up! Although The free breakfast was great
Orbitz took my reservation for a smoking king suite and confirmed it. Was surprised, disappointed and angry to learn there were no smoking rooms. False advertising.
