Stayed the night on 4/8/18. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. However, my vehicle was broken into overnight while it was in the front parking lot. In total, there were 5 vehicles broken into and ransacked that night. After I spoke to the responding police officer, he informed me that there had been at least 2 other instances at this property where multiple vehicles had been broken into since October 2017. While I don't hold Marriott responsible for the damages, they should have done a better job of informing their guests of the recent thefts on their property.

we spent a total of 27 days at this property over the last 3 months. the hotel is very clean and comfortable and the area it is in has all the services someone would need.. the rooms are a bit small but have everything you need including comfortable beds. the best part is the service. the front desk staff are all friendly and helpful and special props to Dwayne who really connected with us and made us feel so welcome. The hotel has a great breakfast and the breakfast staff will even fix you a plate after the breakfast is closed. special thanks to Adolpho??(sorry may have his name not right) and the girls including Diamond who was so sweet. All the services including the business centre are well maintained and super clean. this is a very good property for short and longer stays..

Due to unexpected storm in the northeast, my stay in Raleigh was extended by day. While that would have been a stressful event, the stay at this property helped ease all that. They take "taking care of guests" to a new level. They picked me up at Avis when I had to return the car a night before. They even take guests to/from nearby restaurants. Everyone I encountered were friendly and showed great pride in their work. Wonderfully comfortable room, great breakfast, and the awesome service! If you are in the area, stay here!

I am a Marriott Awards member so I stay whenever possible at Marriott hotels. That being said, I am in a position to compare my various stays. My most recent visit to this location places it heads and shoulders above most of the Marriott locations that I have visited in Raleigh. Gaby at the front desk, specifically, made our stay outstanding. Gaby was sensituve to our needs and made every effort to successfully satisfy any issue we encountered. We actually meant to book at a different location, but we will now make it point to stay at this location when we are in Raleigh. Hats off to Gaby and many thanks to Marriott for hiring Gaby, her smile, morning greetings, professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction is highly commendable, valued and appreciated.

Excellent customer service:Extremely pleasant, kind and courteous! Breakfast was both pleasing to the eyes and stomach. House keeping did an excellent job with the upkeep of my room. Everyone were very attentive and friendly. Their concern for me as a customer was genuine and for that I am grateful!.

My family and I stayed at this Marriott property for a volleyball tournament that was nearby. I was particularly surprised that they had shuttle service provided within a 5 mile radius. Boyd was so friendly when he drove us to our destination. Whether you’re a talker or not, you were given some good information on current and local events. He was also so very prompt when picking us up. My 8 year old just kept saying “I like Boyd” he is very kind. Thanks for making the ride a little sweeter Boyd.

We had spent the weekend visiting Durham, specifically Duke University. We flew out Monday morning at 9:50 Am so we wanted to be close to the airport to ensure we had no traffic issues. The Fairfield Inn was a good price, included a free breakfast and the room had a small fridge and a microwave. We checked in in no time. There is a large mall 5 minutes away so we went and picked up some food at Walmart to eat in the room as we had spent the last 3 days eating out. The microwave came in handy to warm up some food. We watched a bit of TV and went to bed. The room was quiet, no noise in the halls or other rooms. I was up early so I went for a quick workout in their fitness room. Their fitness room was pretty sparse, but they did have a bike and a treadmill so I could do a decent cardio workout. Had a nice hot shower after the workout, no issues with water pressure. Checkout was a breeze and we were dropping off our rental car at the airport 15 minutes later. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the Raleigh-Durham Airport then the Fairfield inn is the place for you.

Stayed twice last week for business. Both stays I had no complaints at all. Second stay was extended as I was diagnosed with the flu and spent three days locked in my room sleeping and recovering. The girls at the front desk were phenomenal (Shay, Maggie and Terri). Shuttle service was prompt, breakfast was plentiful and hot, hotel was clean and updated. This was my first business trip to Raleigh and this will be my hotel of choice for future trips.

Stayed here one night before a flight next day in January. Hotel was very clean and everyone was very nice. Also paid to leave our car long-term. Shuttle to airport was great. Also very close to restaurants, etc. Very, very nice!. We will continue to stay here each year.

Stayed a night at this place. Checkin was fast and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very decent, although they can improve quality of their coffee. The location is very convenient to the airport. They have a free shuttle to/from RDU
