The title says it all. There are several better hotels on the same block so do yourselves a favor and avoid this lemon.

I will be back in concord in 6 weeks and will stay there again. The only thing I could say negative about the room is I wasn't able to charge my cellphone on the table between the beds because of no extra outlets. Other than that my family an I had a wonderful time. It a beautiful place and the staff went above and beyond.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is better than most & the location is great!

The hotel was the perfect location with the amenities we were looking for at the price we like

I had a flight into Charlotte but thought I could stay a little away from airport traffic and stayed in Concord SpringHills Marriott. The vacation deal was pretty good for the amount I paid for but then I had to get a rental car which was $80 because it is outside of the city plus the initial renting a cab which was $50 that was too much I would like to spend since I thought this vacation pckage deal would save me some money. Overall, breakfast was probably the best part, and Concord is really not a great town just average so don't expect amazing venue. It was across the street from the local mall which was nice. Also, beds were little lumpy.

staff was friendly, pool was great. free breakfast was a plus and it was on a strip with everything you could want or need.

Just spent a couple of nights at the Springhill and was pleased with every facet of the hotel. The desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful, I got a call after checking in to make sure my room was to my satisfaction and the entire hotel was spotless. The complimentary breakfast wasn't overkill and quite ample. The pool was very clean and just the right temperature; as was the hot tub, which unlike some hotels was kept at around 100 degrees or so. The rate was 25% lower than nearby similar hotels---a MOST attractive feature. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the Springhill.

The hotel needs to be updated but it was clean. The staff was great!

Staff was awesome and helpful. Location is great and convenien to many attractions. Breakfast was yummy, just not enough room to sit down and eat. Room was nice and clean except the maids need to look up when dusting. Several cob webs and mounds of dust bunnies.

Staff at the desk were as nice as can be. I actually would have preferred being at a Marriott closer to the center of Charlotte but it was still a pleasant stay

We actually stayed at this hotel for the 2nd of two nights because our first hotel (a Country Inn and Suites a few miles up the road) had a non-functioning whirlpool and a very cold swimming pool. This was fine, although the room (two queen beds) was small and had no privacy. We actually liked the room in the Country Inn and Suites better since it had a separate bedroom with a door. The pool was nice and warm, though, and it worked out fine for our family of four. I'm not sure I would have wanted to stay here for very long though due to the lack of privacy. Breakfast was good and better than we typically find at our usual Comfort/Quality/Sleep places. The location was great - very close to Concord Mills shopping.

For the two nights I stayed was told the whirlpool was working,,not even close,,stayed broke,

The hotel was conveniently located in North Charlotte. Just a short drive downtown or easy access to the outerbelt to South Charlotte. The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my family of 5. The continental breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods that was frequently replenished. The employee in this area was exceptionally nice and even made me an omelet without cheese when I asked. The front desk staff were also friendly and called us within 15 minutes after our arrival to see if the accommodations were to our satisfaction. Would definitely stay there again.

Marriot has a special product in SpringHill Suites and for us a great place to stay in the Charlotte area. See you again.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Room cleaned fast while we swam in pool.

Stayed to take 11 yr. daughter to Concord Mills for back-to school shopping.Had a great time. She loved the pool.Very convient to all shopping and food.Had a great time. Thanks

Room was ackward lay out,had to move tv stand closer to view it from the bed making walking tight. Little clothes space had to use suit case. Website said smoking room(only reason I chose it) turned out it wasn't!!! Would of like a balcony option but it was a non smoking hotel-would of liked to know that ahead of time. I would of chose a different hotel there are a few in that area that are smoking or at least have balconies. Wasn't worth the price at all I have stayed at the others in the area that were very nice and newer this one wasn't. Won't stay there again.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent. Great location. Lots to see and do in the area.

Rooms are dimly lit and below average. Reminded me of vacationing with my parents 10 years ago minus the flat screen tv. Staff was great but the room and hotel were very average if not sub par.

The hotel overall was not bad. However, I classify places differently based on expectation from the governing chain. Motel 6, while vastly superior to what they were even 10 years, does not elicit a great expectation as they are forthcoming about what they are: a cheap, reasonably clean place to sleep. Marriott, on the other hand, as this hotel was, exudes a higher standard (at a much higher price) so I expect more from one of their facilities. Upon arrival in the room, we noticed there were no trash bags in any of the suite's many wastebaskets. Minor detail, sure, but still something I've never encountered in a long list of hotel/motels. It was remedied quickly enough after a call to the desk. The suite floorplan itself was somewhat poorly laid out with the arrangement of TV stands impeding easy access between "rooms" and the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The pool was useable enough, although two hours after it opened in the morning there were no pool towels stocked. The lack of any water on the deck suggested the pool had not been used yet that morning. More of an inconvenience to have to retrieve towels from the front desk, it was yet another detail that should have been seen to earlier. Breakfast was the usual fare, with the exception that the coffee was unpalatable. I spent 26 years in the military so I'm not exactly picky when it comes to coffee, but this was bad. I will say that the hotel staff was quick to rectify these issues; however, in a hotel of this class and price these issues shouldn't have existed to begin with. I will probably consider another chain for my next upcoming trip.
