Everything was perfect! We went to a concert and arrived late. They held the room for us. The front desk agent was fantastic in recommending local places to have lunch and things to do in the area. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 1 night. Breakfast was perfect. Good food and hot coffee! We will most certainly stay again when we are back in Charlotte.
