I was unhappy with my room. The room had a smell and I woke up to a bugs in the room. The first morning there was a cricket or beetle in the bathroom and later that evening there was another bug crawling on the bed. That morning, I ask the front desk staff to send someone to spray the room. The front desk person came to see the bug and pick the dead bug up. Later, that evening I went back to the front desk to report the bug, the clerk started there was nothing he could do. I was so ready to leave that place. The kids on the trip complained about the small pool.

The front desk staff was very friendly. We arrived a little before check in but they were able to get us in our room anyways. The common areas were clean and bright. The room itself was well kept and the surroundings were quiet.

3 women in town for an event. Easy check-in, clean and comfortable room. Great value.

cheaper than the other hotels on the same street and just as nice.

Hmmm... Where do I start...we were traveling back from NYC to Ga & needed a hotel overnight. I booked the Sleep Inn thinking that it would be decent since we stayed at a different one on the way up to NYC. Boy was I wrong! The guest were LOUD from the moment I checked in, around 10:30 pm until 2-3 am. The bed linens were disgusting. The duvet on one bed had brown stains (yes more than one) on it. We will never stay at this location again.

Nothing too good or bad to say about this place. My sweetie and I stayed here during a weekend getaway in Charlotte and chose it because of its location convenient to shopping and took off the next morning for Carowinds, which is about a 20 minute drive. The room was clean and had the standard amenities that you'd expect - nothing too exciting but no complaints. Continental breakfast was crowded at around 9am on a Sunday so we grabbed yogurts and generic muffins for the road. I'd recommend it for a convenient and inexpensive room for the night but it's certainly not a luxurious place to stay.

Spent two nights in a double room. The doubles are pretty snug - epecially the bathroom.

There were fingernail clippings near the bed, no bedding for fold out couch. I had to pick up bedding at front desk, when they finally answered the phone.

Best price for a room this close to the track and was even given complimentary tickets to Qualifying (Saved us $40)

The hotel was a Perfect location. It was very Close to food and shopping. The exit was easy on and easy off interstate. Quite area and safe

Great deal for only being 2 miles from the track. Easy in and out and had a decent continental breakfast.

My work schedule at Charlotte Motor Speedway was changed to begin a day earlier and I was unable to get a room at my normal hotel in Uptown Charlotte. The location of this property was excellent --being less than 2 miles to the track. Beds were comfortable, room was clean except the tile corners in bath which was not clean. The female on duty in am of check-in made up for all the other things which needed improvement.

Great little motel for the money :). The room was very large and new furnishings

A non-smoking room smelled o f smoke. Very small restroom with barely enough room to turn around. Comforter on the bed had holes burned in it. More of $30-$40 a night room instead of $90.

it's nice, clean hotel. Good location, hotel is close too the mall and other places

I was very disappointed in our stay. The hotel staff was not friendly. The rooms are older, but adequate. After a long day we were looking forward to getting some sleep, well that didn't happen. At 5 am our neighbors were up and playing the tv on one side and a radio on the other!! At about 9 am Housekeeping started knocking on the door!!

Not a great hotel, but not a bad hotel. Close to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Clean, comfy, and comparable pricing.

it was below average for most part. check was fast.no problem there.shortage on parking.noise level was high.room not as clean as should be. check went quickly with no problems ...most likely will never stay there again.

I took 4 teenage girls on an overnighter for a shopping spree at Concord Mills. The room was spacious enough for all their "stuff", everyone had a very comfortable bed, everything was very clean and breakfast was great. The hotel was 2 minutes to Concord Mills and had great restaurants as close as the same parking lot. Great getaway experience!

The beds were old and not comfortable. Minor problem with noise from condensor unit. Could not get anyone to answer the phone over one hour timeframe, so I could get a wake-up call. Gave up.
