Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet nights sleep. Comfy beds.

Great location and close to stores, restaurants and highway.

The location is good, the room was spacious, and the bed wasn’t nice

Great location for what I wanted. In an area where I use to work

My room was on the third floor, and I didnt see any issues with the hall carpet that I read about in other reviews. It may have been slightly worn, but do you sleep in the hall? The lobby, elevator, hall and room were all in nice condirion and the room appeared to have maybe been renovated recently. I didnt interact with the staff much except to check in/out, but I did run into a couple members of the Housekeeping staff in the elevator on two occasions and they were both friendly. I didnt take advantage of the free breakfast, but it smelled good. I guess my only complaints would be that the channels for the mnajor networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) were not working on the TV, the remote felt like it needed a good cleaning, and the housekeeping staff failed to replace my in room coffee packets on the second morning. Otherwise, I will absolutely use this hotel again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shower ceiling could have been a little cleaner. It had a few moldy spots. The hallway noise is very loud and there very loud guests across the hall that were partying until 2 A.M. We called hotel management twice and they knocked on their door but the party never responded. People as loud and disrespectful at 2 A.M. should have been asked to leave.

Needs a good cleaning and carpet change! Windows will not close

I was unhappy with my room. The room had a smell and I woke up to a bugs in the room. The first morning there was a cricket or beetle in the bathroom and later that evening there was another bug crawling on the bed. That morning, I ask the front desk staff to send someone to spray the room. The front desk person came to see the bug and pick the dead bug up. Later, that evening I went back to the front desk to report the bug, the clerk started there was nothing he could do. I was so ready to leave that place. The kids on the trip complained about the small pool.

The front desk staff was very friendly. We arrived a little before check in but they were able to get us in our room anyways. The common areas were clean and bright. The room itself was well kept and the surroundings were quiet.

3 women in town for an event. Easy check-in, clean and comfortable room. Great value.

cheaper than the other hotels on the same street and just as nice.

Hmmm... Where do I start...we were traveling back from NYC to Ga & needed a hotel overnight. I booked the Sleep Inn thinking that it would be decent since we stayed at a different one on the way up to NYC. Boy was I wrong! The guest were LOUD from the moment I checked in, around 10:30 pm until 2-3 am. The bed linens were disgusting. The duvet on one bed had brown stains (yes more than one) on it. We will never stay at this location again.

Nothing too good or bad to say about this place. My sweetie and I stayed here during a weekend getaway in Charlotte and chose it because of its location convenient to shopping and took off the next morning for Carowinds, which is about a 20 minute drive. The room was clean and had the standard amenities that you'd expect - nothing too exciting but no complaints. Continental breakfast was crowded at around 9am on a Sunday so we grabbed yogurts and generic muffins for the road. I'd recommend it for a convenient and inexpensive room for the night but it's certainly not a luxurious place to stay.

Spent two nights in a double room. The doubles are pretty snug - epecially the bathroom.

There were fingernail clippings near the bed, no bedding for fold out couch. I had to pick up bedding at front desk, when they finally answered the phone.

Best price for a room this close to the track and was even given complimentary tickets to Qualifying (Saved us $40)

The hotel was a Perfect location. It was very Close to food and shopping. The exit was easy on and easy off interstate. Quite area and safe
