Awning was small. The check in was slow. Another guest was allowed to yell at me during checkin. When I walked by the same guest telling her to her hurry up and move her car, apparently it wasn’t okay but it was okay for her. Just rude of staff all the way around. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends.
There was nothing really to like about the property. The front desk staff wasn't attentive to the customer the breakfast was horrible. The housekeepers (yes the housekeepers) were really nice and made sure we had what we needed... The area was fine it was what was happening right out in front of the hotel. There was a group of men the 1st night hanging in the parking lot drinking and the next day we come in from shopping and parked right outside the hotel doors was a group of men grilling drinking and hanging out... We had our daughter and it was not the safest feeling seeing all these men just hanging around the hotel

The price was great for a last minute stay. I was ill and needed a place to rest. The front desk was very nice and helpful. When I got to my room, the carpet was unraveling, there was no clock, no tableside lamp and no tv remote. The bed had no coverlet on it. It was as if the room had been forgotten. As i was sick I just went to sleep so I didnt reall need those things, but if I am paying that much, it would be nice if it was complete.
This property needs to change all the carpets it seems like they have never seen a shampoo ridiculous. They partially remodeled but damn eleminate the carpets it they are so nasty

We were there for an overnight stay. We found food places nearby for my two grands that were with us.

My wife was bitten by something in our bedroom and had a rash over parts of her body!! Won’t be staying at this place again!!!!
Pool was great - very warm! Breakfast ok but not enough room - as well for coffee space. Staff very friendly. Room very nice. Great rate too!
Staff was friendly and helpful, side door was never secure or locked with the key card. Drug deals and hookers were happening in the back, staff was "unaware: even tho they sat next to security camera screen. All I can say is the waffles were great.
If you want to get any sleep, don't stay here! People arguing, dogs yelping, doors slamming and if those were pillows???????
