Friendly staff
Property was convenient for our travel. Our room was enormous and beds comfortable but hotel is a bit dated. We were annoyed that there were only 2 luggage carts. After waiting 30 minutes, no carts reappeared so we had to make 3 trips with our luggage. Not happy!!!
Very convenient and clean. Staff very helpful.we will return many times.
I went to Concord,NC to shop at the mills. The hotel staff was nice. The light on the phone would blink constantly even though there were no messages. The drink machines on all floors did not have any diet drinks or water. Then the up button on the elevator was broken.
It was a good clean hotel would stay again. It's in a good location also.

The location was perfect ! Only 10 minutes from PNC Music Pavillion. Lots of restaurants in area. Pretty good complimentary breakfast.
This is the perfect location for an overnight stay from our long drive back from Virginia beach. The hotel is close I-85 with multiple dining options. The hotel is clean with friendly staff and a decent hot breakfast is included.
Even though the hotel was completely booked for the night we stayed, the hotel and the room were very clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was the room had two double beds and I thought I had booked two queen beds, that was the reason I chose this hotel over several nearby that only offered double or king beds.
We have stayed in several hotels in the area, but this was by far our best choice. The hotel and room was excellent.
the my room was clean,staff friendly, they allowed me to check in a couple hrs early ;however i requested 2 double beds and got a king size bed in a handicaped room but it was just me and they let me in early so it was worth it. i felt i could not complain ! otherwise stay was excellent.

Front desk attendant was very helpful with all of our needs. From attractions to resturants. She was very nice and her hospitality was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel for passing through or for a longer stay. This hotel is very close to the local attractions.
Even though the room was smoke-free, the floor itself was not. My allergies were aggravated not only because of the dusty room but also because of the smoke smells in the hallway. I will not stay at this hotel again, there are better options all around.
