Staff was very accommodating and polite. Typical motel layout and the rooms were clean. The entrance is a little tricky but for the price that’s an easy tradeoff.

I lived in this town for 30 years and never noticed this place but it is clean and I will stay here again when passing through. Excellent value for this area too. Note that there is a railroad track in the rear of the property and it is right off US29/I85 so it is a little noisy. Plenty of dining nearby.

Just what we hoped for the relatively low cost

A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a room for two people. The bathroom was ok on cleanliness but the corners could use a good mopping. There was a bit of an odor - probably the cleaner - when we arrived but not smoke (non smoking room). I would stay there again as a reasonably priced, no frills spot to sleep.

Scary location

This very old hotel looked abandoned when i artived, no cars in the parking lot. I would be returning alone adter dark and felt unsafe there. I list my non-refundable deposit and went to another hotel. I do not recommend this for single women.traveling

I didn't get the room I reserved. I reserved room with king bed and got 2 beds instead. I do like the quietness of this motel though and mattresses are firm. Cable kept going off this time. Didn't the last time I stayed there.
