The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and it was overall a very pleasant experience.
I staff was very friendly, I had a slight issue with my room but it was quickly fixed. Make sure you tell them the night before if you want your room cleaned, they’ve stopped automatic room cleaning due to Covid.
Room was moldy smelling, windows were dirty with greasy finger prints all over. Build up of trash and hair, dirt particles in corners of floor especially around shower. Walk in shower looked dirty. Dirty, stained chair.
The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I do, however, feel that the staff could have been friendlier.

There were some shady people hanging out in the parking lot by their cars with the doors open and the hotel door propped open at 3 am with their dog running around. I think they were on meth.
There were 4 other people that booked rooms in this hotel along with us. We recommend As well had a wedding in town 2 rooms had plumbing back up issues, another had a nasty smelling refrigerator that hadn’t been cleaned or defrosted in a long time. The foyer bathroom was out of papers towels for 3 days even though the front desk was notified( they couldn’t replace it because they said the paper towels were all locked up. ) the outside was being renovated but there was no safety net on the pool area side to catch any falling debris or tools

No soundproofing. Didn’t sleep well at all. People from the pool deck carried into the room.

We chose this hotel for location. Only 15 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway. The hotel was clean and quiet! Very friendly staff. Great selection of breakfast items in the morning.
It was nice, but I thought it was closer to the Charlotte Motor Speedway based on the internet description. It's about 10-15 minutes away. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.
