It's a nice hotel!! Strangely, my television did not work properly in my room. I expressed that to the front desk and was told that someone would come and look it. No one ever did. Secondly, I was only there for one night but the next morning at 9 am, someone, an employee was knocking on my room door asking when i would be checking out. To which i replied "11:30". I've stayed there twice and it happened then also. I thought that was somewhat rude and pushy when they should've been able to tell that i was leaving soon. They probably were coordinating housekeeping but I've never been asked such before. Thirdly and finally, when I did checkout around 11:10, the front desk clerk gets on a walkie talkie as I'm getting close to the door and says "226" has left the premises, I repeat 226 has left the premises." Now 226 was my room number but she could have waited until i was out the door before announcing such. It's a nice hotel but from the TV with no resolution, the banging on the door hours before checkout and the loud announcement that I was gone were all a bit much.

No problems with the room. The guests next door were the problem. Making alot of noise until after 1am, we were on the 2nd flr and had an early flight.

Facility needs updating, which signs say are going on, but i didn't see any work going on. Also, I did not see any staff in restaurant at breakfast. Room was clean and front desk and shuttle staff were very friendly though.

Easy, great restaurant, friendly. Slightly dated.

Close to the metro so it was easy to get downtown from the hotel. The pool looked like it had algae growing on the bottom so I didn’t get to use the pool.

We had no hot water from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. No one said anything until we called the front desk and were told that it was being worked on. Need 2 basic things in a hotel-hot water & a comfortable bed. They failed.

Staff was rude and didn’t offer to assist with anything we asked for. Tons of noise in the room from traffic, other people’s bathrooms, the hallway and the dysfunctional heat/a.c. that they refused to come look at. Towels were so scratchy that they literally left my skin bright red and hurt to use. Hair dryer was broken and housekeeping tipped over a very expensive gift we had on the desk, which broke.

My stay here was amazing. Check in was the fastest I have ever experienced.

Just not a present place as it seems. The complex is old and needs to be updated and cleaned.

Nice and clean. Arrived after a long day of driving. Check-in staff could not have been any nicer and friendly. Went to bar and bartender was not too friendly so we decided to not eat there. Too bad, because there was plenty of room. People skills would have made the difference.

It is a nice hotel, price is good, room is good, but you can't expect it as 5 stars hotel.

It would have been nice for the bar to be open later

Stayed overnight before catchiing a plane. Typical Marriott Courtyard which is a chain that I prefer overall.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle driver courtesy and patient giving information with purchasing tickets for Lynxx train.

1 nite , Sunday night stay..large room not facing road (hotel is just off interstate exit). Was too tired to change rooms but don't get room beside the ice machines. Would stay again, got a good rate

We spent two nights while visiting a college nearby and the staff were kind, considerate and attentive. The room was clean and very comfortable. We did have a mysterious shoe appear out of nowhere after the first night's cleaning service, but I'm guessing it was missed after the prior guests left. We too left it behind. My daughter did leave her make-up bag behind, but oh well. On the whole, with the price we paid and the location, I would highly recommend staying here.

Not only is this hotel beautiful and close to the city, the staff all went out of their way to make sure we were happy. There was a slight miscommunication on our end with the number of people we had in our room, and when we realized we needed more space, they bumped us up to the next level right away, no questions asked. This was a great price for the value of this hotel. The outside sitting area, pool and cafe are all gorgeous.

Thanks for your compliment on our newly renovated hotel and thanks for your feedback as it helps us to get better. I would like to offer my apologies for the TV and no one coming to look at it after they said they would. That is not how we are supposed to take care of our guests. Receiving a knock on the door at 9am is not always convenient and we are looking at waiting until 10AM moving forward. The housekeepers did want to knock to see if you had checked out and without a do not disturb door hanger out, they figured they could do so. We can definitely refine and review housekeeping procedures to work better with our guests in the future. I am going to share your feedback with the GM and housekeeping manager to resolve potential issues. With that said, we hope you will come back again as we value your business.
