The manager CUSSED us because we overslept and didn’t check out on time. Literally 20 minutes passed check out time. This manager shouldn’t have a job.

I had to all for lining and on the last day o worked 16 hours and they were beating on the door like the police and I have stayed there several times before that they knew I would pay it was ridiculous.

We stayed just a few hours. For what we needed was perfect. Good breakfast. Confy beds.

I used to live within 2 and a 1/2 miles of this motel so I knew what I was booking and the condition of the property was what I expected the breakfast was very nice each morning and is a nice value it was relatively quiet convenient location however I did not realize until returning home 3 States away that I brought back a few passengers in the form of either bed bugs or fleas so I'm dealing with that and I didn't have them when I left home I also on my last morning was leaving and happen to see an employee of the property not a professional exterminator who was going around with bug spray industrialstrength professional grade bug spray and going into each vacant Room I had also noticed the smell of bug spray the day before in my Room

Front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Room was clean, but the lighting was very strange, so it made the room feel uncomfortable. Room rate was $100 less than anything else in the area, so you get what you pay for. We were just in town for one night and the room did the job.

Wood floors very nice, but dirty. Wearing white socks on the floor turned bottom of socks black very quickly after a very short time upon walking on the them.. A trip to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and disinfectant, then my wife cleaned them. The bath tub also had to be cleaned. The rooms seemed to only been surface cleaned and not very sanitary for my 5 yr. old grandson to play on. We cleaned the room to make it safe to stay on our 3 da. visit here.

Dirty and filled with bugs. The hotel was overpriced especially for location and quality. The room had zero soap and shampoo. The towels hurt to use as if sand paper. Also the rooms had super thin walls to allow everything to be heard throughout.

Room had fake hardwood floors, no carpet. One bed, one nightstand, one table, two hard chairs, a type of dresser with TV, fridge (which died while we were there) microwave, barely enough towels, two pillows. No comfortable chair to relax in or reading lamp. For what we paid, it really should have been much more accommodating. Will not stay here again and don't recommend anyone stay here either unless you like the bare minimum.

Good location and inexpensive but no Wi-Fi in some buildings even if willing to pay. Rooms bereft of furniture, pictures or mirror (other than bathroom) so we used our camping chairs. No mini fridge either so inconvenient for long stays...we used our cooler. Basically use as you would as if camping in a trailer or tent. We asked for no maid service but they came in every day anyway. Room was clean but “spartan” being a keyword.

i asked for refund after being told my room wouldn't be ready till 5 45pm. i got there at 3pm with a 3pm check-in offered with this hotel

The staff was wonderful! They went out of their way to help with a number of things from 'restaurants that would deliver' recommendations to making sure we had fresh towels each day. They were completely full the first night and we were inadvertently placed in a smoking room -- I am horribly allergic to cigarettes. They made sure that we were relocated to another room and things were great. We have two dogs and nice, green walking spaces (and potty bags/disposals) are adjacent to the hotel. There's even a little creek area. The hotel is located in an easy access area, some great restaurants are within minutes and the downtown area is only about ten minutes away by car. We're planning on staying there again :-]

Good experience in Asheville. Close to concert venue, close to other attractions. Clean room, comfortable bed

Great customer service. Parking close to the room. Big room. Neat and clean

Convenient to Asheville & Black Mtn (we visited both). Walk to convenience store next door, good old Waffle House across the street. Clean, no noticeable odors, mattress not the best, but overall, good price for location and for what you get, would stay here again.

There is a scenic creek behind the motel and dog walking areas.

Needed a cheap motel for a couple days that accepted pets, it's a motel 6 wasn't expecting a five star luxury stay, room was fine, sink was a little slow but everything else was good.

The hotel was located perfectly for going to the ballgame.

Should have figured when you get a discounted rate that what you get is nothing like you expected. We should have went somewhere else when we found out all they had was smoking rooms.

Weird fake hardwood floors. Dirty tub & awful towels.
