East Asheville Hotel, convenient to I-40

Hotel staff very nice. Coffee & Tea available 24/7. Breakfast was solid. Location is just off I-40, but the hotel is not particularly convenient to the happenings of downtown Asheville. Room was clean & eco-friendly. Neither of the 2 beds in my room was particularly comfortable. Hotel is set up well to charge various devices. All in all, pretty good. Just wish the beds were more comfortable.

Had No Reservation & No Hotel.com Help

The hotel said you canceled my stay. This was after receiving an email from you asking how my check in went. They luckily still had a room. I can't chance going out of town with nowhere to stay and no way to reach Hotels.com by phone. For this reason I will not be booking with you again.

Don’t stay here

I have stayed here twice in the last year. The first time we had ants in the room. This time I was greeted with a receptionist that was too busy on her phone with her EarPods to check us in. Then she gave us a key that didn’t work. The room floor was wet and sticky. Hair in the bed and the entire bed smelled like a wet dirty dog. They gave us one towel wash cloth etc for the entire weekend and not enough toilet paper.

Very nice facility but walls in rooms are not well insulated, if at all. Noisy neighbors on one side, plumbing sounds on the other. Also, fan cannot be set to stay on to circulate air and provide 'white noise'.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful which made this nice hotel a great stay. My only suggestion would be to make the coffee bar larger so it is accessible to more than two people at a time. Thank you for the nice cues and proper pool table.
