The hotel itself was great. Clean, convenient breakfast included, cookies, coffee, and tea available for free all day long. The pool is very small but a lovely temperature. There's a strip mall at one end of the hotel so you can get essentials and food within walking distance. Shuttle service is fantastic. The only drawback was that one night there were people jumping around in the room above us all night. Hotel employees talked to them 3 times and warned them they would be removed from the hotel if they didn't quiet down, but nothing was ever done about it. We had a 10 hour drive home the next day on virtually no sleep. It would have been nice if the employees had called police officers or even the hotel security officer to rectify the situation.

Clean hotel, friendly staff
The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting. Our room was clean, spacious and smelled nice while we were there. Only complaint is that the bed was little stiff for our liking. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here for part of our honeymoon.

What a wonderful stay here!! The front desk staff was so helpful in dining suggestions, super friendly. Loved it being pet friendly. The room was clean, spacious, modern. So lovely. Will be back for next trip, and highly recommended.

Weird parking and location but CLEAN!
Nice modern and clean motel. Biggest complaint is the parking being across the street and weather was not pleasant. Breakfast was not very good and the beds were uncomfortable. Odd location. Overall a decent stay.

Hotel is located in a shopping center. Parking was also in the parking lot of the shopping center or in a lot across the street on the other side of the hotel. The room was decent. We had a King suite. Unfortunately the couch uncomfortable and stuck to bare skin. The sink faucet was loose but maintenance fixed it the next day. The pool was indoor and heated but only 4.5 feet deep. The location was good for downtown. The Brazilian steakhouse in the shopping center was delicious and within easy walking distance.

Shower ceiling had mold. There were noisy guests above us, banging and stomping. Parking lot was a little sketchy as the one side is shared with other businesses. Would recommend paying extra to stay in downtown if that’s your overall plan.

Very difficult to get to from the highway, but the bigger problem is parking. There is a lot next to it which belongs to a different company and they tow immediately. Supposedly that company told the hotel to notify the customers or put a sign in the hotel to warn people about it but nothing has been done. Imagine a mother coming with a small child at night in the dark, parking there, and then having no car in the morning because it was towed. Towing company said that it’s a normal occurrence a few times a week. Many of other places to stay in Asheville that are much better so if you can avoid this one, please do.

This is a really clean hotel with courteous and helpful staff. However, the interstate is loud and walls between rooms really thin. Heard barking dogs and slamming of doors frequently.

Needs a Little TLC
The staff was very friendly. The room furnishings need some attention. The pneumatic chair did not work properly. The couch was worn. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice patio area in back of the hotel. Breakfast was average. Although the hotel is adjacent to I-26/I-240, it is a little tricky to get to it. Be prepared to use your GPS.
