Nice hotel. Wish it came with breakfast though
It was an updated hotel. Good housekeeping. Convenient location. Shuttle was available mid-aft-night. The rooftop restaurant was fun to visit. We went on July23,24,25 with good experiences. On July26, we encountered what appeared to be confusion and strife among staff members. We had a rude, inattentive waiter who apparently forgot our appetizer order and blamed it on a new cook. We ended up leaving without ordering dinner. It wasn’t worth staying in that atmosphere.
Liked the location - 5 minute walk to downtown. Safe area. Room was nice. Parking is super easy. Didn't like the New Year's Eve dance party over our 5th floor room from the rooftop bar (room 509)....but can't complain too much, it was New Year's Eve after all.

Clean, modern and easy walks to almost everywhere in downtown. Shuttle from 3-11 p.m. to take you if you need a lift. For the Biltmore property you'll need a car. Breakfast service til 10 a.m. but no dining service again until 5 on rooftop bar/cafe. Great view. Menu is small for both, but gets the jobs done. My room was quite large with big easy chair and ottoman in addition to the king bed, pro-style computer chair for counter top to use your laptop. Large flat screen. Small 'fridge and microwave with a Keurig machine that unfortunately didn't work. Staff is truly friendly and helpful. I'd stay again for sure. Tech on premises had a small hot spot device because my laptop just wouldn't get hooked to their wi-fi.

We are picky about clean rooms! This hotel was very clean and our room had a beautiful view to the mountains. Only a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.
This hotel was a great get away for my boyfriend and I. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Due to COVID, the roof top bar was only open tues - sat 5-10 PM, and daily housekeeping was not available. However this was thoroughly explained upon arrival, and the person who checked us in gave us a sheet of paper with other downtown restaurants close by that offered take out, as well as a secondary option for a rooftop bar on the days theirs was closed. When we needed fresh linens or towels, they were promptly delivered to the room. Breakfast was yummy! As of last mid June, it was not the full menu, but still had great options and a friendly server. We had the king corner suite, Mountain View. It was pretty! No balcony, and it’s downtown so of course you can hear road noise and sirens, but the view was worth it. There’s a small pool, but unfortunately no hot tub. If you’re wanting to warm up, check out the hot springs about 45 mins away. :)
It was a nice location and had a shuttle to downtown. Parking was a little difficult because there was not a clear protocol. But it was not bad.
The staff was amazing!! However I was disappointed in my room and bathroom. The bathroom was unclean, and I did not get the room that I booked even tho I called earlier in the week to confirm my room. Very disappointed.
