Enjoy a peaceful stay at this fabulous bungalow in West Asheville. This 1-bedroom retreat offers a memory foam queen bed, fitness room, private hot tub, seasonal outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, a hammock, fast WiFi, a smart TV, a fully loaded kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood stove, rocking chair, a hammock, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. All within a 1/2 mile, 10 minute walk to Haywood road. You will be renting and have private use of the entire upstairs main living space and spa area. We stay downstairs in a separate unit with a separate entrance.

Our sweet kitty Moose lives in the space you are renting and has a cat door to come and go outside as he pleases. So cat lovers only without allergies! No other pets allowed including service animals, as moose is old and cannot handle that stress.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Stayed at Mary and Dan’s for a long weekend. It was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Also an easy, but sloped, (like everything) walk to lots of restaurants and fun shops. Moose, the free-range cat, was a fun and loving addition. Used both the fireplace and hot tub. Beautiful weekend!

Fun little getaway

Absolutely loved this little house. Great hot tub and outdoor shower. Lovely kitchen. Workout room is a real bonus. Moose the cat was our favorite addition. It's in a good location with close by restaurants and shops. We'd love to stay here again!!
