Restaurant and bar was excellent. Great food & really nice people. Welcome desk for check in & out was mediocre at best. On the way in there was a line to check in with 3 at different desks, but only one was helping check people in. Room was clean but dated. The a/c sounded like an old car that needed oil. Turned it off during the night or it would have been impossible to sleep. Luckily it’s still cool outside before the summer heat started.

My wife and I were really looking forward to a rare night away together — we both work hard and don’t often get the chance to take time for ourselves. Unfortunately, this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. When we arrived, we found mold on the walls, cracks in the drywall, and bubbling in the ceiling. There was a strong sewage-like smell throughout parts of the building, and the elevator was so loud it kept us up at night. On top of that, the cable/satellite TV didn’t work at all, and we were hit with a $75/day incidental hold, which felt ridiculous given the state of the place. We would’ve left immediately, but we had a concert to attend two hours after check-in, and there just wasn’t time to find another hotel. So we were stuck — and incredibly disappointed. Save your money and your sanity. This hotel needs serious repairs and better management before it’s worth considering.

We enjoyed a ‘staycation’ for spring break at the North Hills Hilton this year. The children loved their time in the heated pool! There was no hot tub/whirlpool near the pool as expected, however, a time was had. Breakfast, although buffet style, was very affordable and frequently replenished. Just $11 add on through Expedia booking for a family of 4! The fruits were fresh and options plentiful. The restaurant has an upscale environment with servers so on point, that the hot coffee was poured before we could even request! This hotel has definitely been preserved well through the years. We would definitely stay here again.

If you need a place to rest your head this is the place. Rooms outdated but the lobby is newly remodeled. Only had one person at the desk every day during 9-5 and always a line for service. I actually felt bad for them, they had four or five people working the desk late at night but one person alone to handle it all day and the manager didnt even step in to assist (poor managing) . Whoever schedules/manages the hotel needs a training class. Understaffed and outdated hotel.

I stay with Hilton frequently and am a Diamond member. I was only notified that the Executive Lounge had been closed for 2 years an hour after checking in when I went to the front desk to ask about it. The amenities don’t match what’s advertised. The breakfast was good and parking was easy.
