Me and my wife stayed 4 days 3 nights. Hotel is a little outdated but its not bad. Lobby was always clean. Our king room was clean we opted for house keeping to come in our room and clean up and give us clean towels which was nice. You have to ask the front desk for this option on checkin. Staff greeted us with smiles everday and they were nice and interacted with us. We did not have breakfast. Parking lot was not bad nor did we see people hang out. Overall we were very satisfied. I hope this hotel get a renovation soon but is still a nice stay. P.S sometimes reviews are just wrong.

Nice going Hampton

Overall, nice comfortable and clean room. The only disappointment was that there was no complementary water available in the room; however, with a simple text water was brought up.

The employees at this hotel are wonderful!! This my third stay in 7 months. They remember me, we chat when they aren't busy, they are so helpful and willing to make my stay the best. The hotel needs an upgrade but it is always clean. I will always stay there because of their staff.

The pet fees at 50$US are pretty high. We have never paid more than 25$US for similar facilities during our recent trips to the US (2024 and 2025). Specially that the carpet was rather dirty considering the high pet fees. Expedia should include pet fees in the reservation total cost so that we are not surprised at check-in.

On my 2nd day , I called the receptionist to inform them to clean my room after I was out whole day , to my shocking surprise when I got back in the evening the room was not clean and tidy up. I called to complain and they said how they’re sorry. Is that all? Whiles I think some of the staff may be good workers some are terrible! There’s need for proper supervision honestly! In all, it was great place regardless.

What was meant to be a relaxing two-day escape turned into a frustrating experience due to numerous issues. The room was in poor condition: the carpet was dirty, and parts of it were coming up, which made us uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not come to clean or replace towels during our stay, and my husband had to go downstairs to request clean towels, only to be told that the hotel was understaffed—this is not acceptable for guest service. Additionally, the furniture was old and smelled unpleasant, and we encountered no hot water at all in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit was ineffective, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. The desk had chipped paint, and the shower head was not working properly. To make matters worse, on our last night, the noise from neighboring guests was disruptive—loud screams and furniture being knocked over, which kept us awake. I also want to mention the front desk staff: the lady who checked us in appeared to have a low attitude, offered no greeting or smile, which felt quite unwelcoming. In contrast, the lady who checked us out was much more friendly and energetic, which was a small bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
