Two used towels were left in my bathroom. Bathroom was not stocked w/ soap, shampoo, etc. Fire alarm woke everyone up and forced everyone to stand out in the cold for 45 mins on Xmas morning.
Hampton has reputation of being a nice hotel,same here,will stay again
Toilet broke in room found on arrival. Explained to an employee and left for a meeting. Returned at 8pm and had to move into another room Smaller beds not the king I paid for. Facility was dirty especially elevators. Morning breakfast was horrible sausage, heated frozen chewy potatoes, no orange juice, and waffle batter machine broke with batter everywhere. I thought Hampton would be a cut above given the rates.. Not staying there again.
Proximity to highway and getting to things was good and the property was clean and well maintained. The advertised breakfast was comprised of things in small packages (the cereal was in a small box like multi-pack from grocery store) and quantities (the cereal ran out one morning). Left word for a wake up call the night before we left and never received it the next morning. Almost missed the Uber.
The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Very clean.
Very convenient for my needs with the lightrail dropped us off right wherewe needed downtown. Very Friendly staff
the property was very nice it was very clean the staff was very helpful the only drawback is that our microwave in my room did not work but we were offered to use the one downstairs without hesitation there's construction going on nearby so it makes it a little difficult to get in and out but other than that is an excellent location we went to the PNC pavilion and it's right down the street
They over booked.. they didn't honor my 2 month old reservation....terrible

We stayed here to stay the night after a concert at PNC. It was close and and convenient. I love Hampton Inn's their beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is great!

Upon checking in I was told that I had already checked in. ID's were never asked for, therefore a guest with the same last name had been given our room. Terrible experience. We were put in another room that was not equivalent to what we paid for. Then to another room that the maintenance was still working in. Unreal, and I have never experienced foolishness as this.
Needed an extra night at a seminar across the street at the Hilton but they would not give me the seminar rate for coming a day earlier so I stayed at the Hampton. I wasn't prepared for the road construction in front but that was not the Hamptons fault. I did think they might have had better signage for it. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast could have been better (we stay at Marriott quite often) Overall I was pleased with the stay and saved some money.
Nice Hotel Decent Location. A lot of construction going on now. Would stay there again.
