Great time, great service, great beach. Food lacked luster and dining options as few but otherwise a wonderful experience.

The staff was awesome, made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Oh and that view!!! The beach as literally a stoned throw from the resort.

Staff was always extremely helpful. The all inclusive food was the best I've had by far. The location of the resort is perfect! Easy access to shops and night life. The rooms and balconies are a great size!! Only thing I would change is adding a sprinkler/ fire alarm system to the entire building rather than just inside the rooms. It's a little dated. Other than that great hotel I will definitely be going back!

Resort was excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning. Staff was awesome!

I travel to Cancun 2 or 3 times a year. This was my first time staying at The Royal Sands. It is a beautiful resort. The food was the best I've had in Cancun, really great. Staff was very pleasant. The room service was the best. I stayed two weeks and it was cleaned everyday like it was our first day. The beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this place and the All Inclusive package is worth the money. This hotel is family friendly. I have a seven year old who had a blast in the Kid's Club as well the pools.

The hotel is beautiful right on the ocean. Beautiful views clean beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good Resturant. The staff is very polite. The bartenders and waiters are the best!

The rooms were spacious, and the staff was very nice! This is a great place for kids, teens, and families. Our excursions were awesome! We bicycled to Coba, swam in an underground cenote, and rode 2 person ATVs, ziplined, and swam in a different ground level cenote. All these experiences were fantastic for the more adventurous!

Very good. The food quality needs to be more authentic. The Mayan culture has so many foods to offer. Chicken fingers and fries... just don't cut it.

Absolutely perfect! Great food! Drinks and food poolside which was great. Many all inclusive hotels don't provide that service so that really stood out. Highly recommended.

staff are great, decent wine drinksvery good food. Not good for kids and young adults spring break types not wanted

Best time. I had a great time. The stuff was wonderful. Very well organized.

This hotel had amazing food, amazing waiters and bar tenders and staff in general! I will stay here again for sure!

Overall a good hotel. Located close to a few shopping centers. They will hit you up about a time share but when we politely said no, they didn't bring it up again. Has two pools, one was more of a party atmosphere and the other had more families and people laying out and reading. Beach cabinas where nice and the wait staff worked the beach.

This place is wonderful. The people made us feel like we're home every time we go there. A lot of good restaurant, gym, activities and the room is clean.

That is my second time in this hotel in period of to month and still is the best, excellent location, excellent food , very clean wonderful staff, you can't go wrong, coming back soon,

We went for my friends 40th birthday and overall had a great time and loved the hotel. Here's my specific feedback: *The hotel, facilities and rooms are very, very clean. Housekeeping is great! *Pools are beautiful and there are swim up bars in both. *The landscaping and surrounding grounds are also beautiful and very well kept *The service (drinks & food) on the beach (didn't sit by the pool at all, but assume the same) was very good! *The service at La Veranda was ok, not great. Sometime took a long time to get the check. *The food in the hotel is pretty good. The food in Hacienda Sisal was excellent as was the service. *It's great that you can eat at other restaurants at sister hotels and they have a free shuttle. For an all inclusive, I thought it was a great value for the money

Our first family vacation to Cancun, the place is center of everything, clean large pools, right on the beach, beach is very clean and well guarded. My kids enjoyed and staff were very polite and helpful. Another amazing this is the food options, we never went out of options. Also they have excellent travel desk. One of the best vacations to remember :-)

Excellent service Staff and food very clean pool and rooms, Lobby.

Love this hotel. We have been going to the Royal Sands on and off for the passed 6 years. The hotel is always so clean and the staff is always so kind. Can't wait to go back.

This resort is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. This is the 3rd year in a row we've come here and we will continue to stay here.
