Exceeded our expectations. There was so much to do at the resort that we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The staff was so friendly and the property was very clean. Food and drinks were great too!

Nice beach. Good service. Would recommend for family vacation.

Loved

Lots of beach chairs with shade. Clean beach. Clean everywhere. Three-tiered main pool was beautiful. Good use of their rather narrow beachfront to still feel spacious.

At best, this hotel was disappointing. Upon check-in our room was switched from the double bed I had booked to a king size bed. A little too close for comfort for a family of four. They couldn't switch me to another room until the next day. Also, this place is owned by some sort of timeshare chain. Upon arrival, they push you to view the presentation. After you say no, you are no longer their best friend. That's just how it goes. The Asian place had decent food. The buffet was pretty good as well. The French restaurant and the steak place were less than adequate. The ocean in Cancun is beautiful so you have plenty of other hotels to choose from. My advice is to steer away from this place unless broken shower handles, toilet roll holders and stained mattresses are your thing.

Everything about this property was pleasing and enjoyable except the food and drinks were quite a disappointment. Breakfast buffet and Big Ben restaurant were eatible. Lighthouse restaurant was disgusting. Cocktails were weak and mixes had a funny taste and way too sweet. Have had better magaritas in buffalo, ny.

The food is terrible! My kids refused to eat by day 3 so we had to check out and find another hotel to even survive our vacation!

There were several issues that made our stay only"OK" for me. The first issue was the sales pitch everyone had to endure at the start of our visit for Infiniti. While they were mostly gracious, I felt I was being hit with a used car salesman and staff trying to sell me something I didn't want. For a beach resort, there was never enough seating at the pool, especially with everyone "marking" their chairs with towels hours before they even went to the pool. More elevators would have been nice, but we were on vacation and never in that big of a rush. The best point of our stay was the staff. I felt that they bent over backwards to make our stay special. Overall, I would probably stay there again if I went to Cancun.

Our toilet overflowed the first night as soon as we got our girls in bed. We couldn’t stay in that room, because it was toilet water everywhere, so we had to pack and move our 3 nearly sleeping daughters. The hotel wasn’t even going to change our room. They just wanted to clean it up and move on until my husband demanded a new room. The showers from the beach to the pool didn’t consistently work. They were almost always out of coffee in the morning. The water pressure to take a shower was awful to the point of a trickle, and we were on the 4th floor. I probably wouldn’t go back there again.

Amazing for kids! Very clean and staff was great

Nothing, everything was ok! The concierges were a bit over the top! When it was the Great Parnassus there was a restaurant up on the top floor for use of the suites - sorry it’s gone!

We booked a Club Level Oceanview. This category provided NOTHING extra and a waste of money. There is no vip check in/check out, no VIP lounge with horsdovers, no ala carte breakfast restaurant anymore and no top shelf liquor. The rooms are only partial ocean views and very obstructed. Very disappointing. We ended up paying even more money to upgrade to the Oceanfront and that rroom was a very nice layout with a beautiful view. Most of the servers were very friendly and accommodating. None of the pools were heated, the water was freezing and almost nobody was swimming due to that. Instead you need to go to the beach where the water was a little warmer. The entertainment team put on the musical Grease one night which was incredible! The zip line for the kids was fun. The Mini golf is a little old. The inside of the Disco Play Room is in need of some upgrades. (Air hockey out of order, old couches) The kids Rock Climbing Wall is no longer available to use. Most of your cocktails are served in plastic cafeteria style drinking cups. The lobby is pretty. The Creperie was nice for ice cream cones after dinner....for the kids. On our reservation we indicated we are celebrating a birthday and they replied they would decorate the room and even in person said they would do a great job of it, yet every night we have to call about it and they never ended up putting anything in the room. The staff at some restaurants did bring out cake/candles/sang we appreciated this.

This place had everything. We loved it, the beach was the best, fun waves to play in.

They seemed to be understaffed. There would be only 1 bartender at each bar. One day we had really good service with a waiter at the pool, the other days it didn’t seem like there were any. So you are always going to the bar for drinks...and we did tip well, so that wasn’t the issue. The staff is very friendly. The building makes you feel like you are on a cruise ship. There are no outside sit down and order restaurants. It was a nice holiday, but just didn’t wow me. The main pools are nice, the beach is gorgeous.

Pro: Resorts staffs are very friendly, beach is beautiful. show performance is family friendly. Con: Same dirty plates from breakfast pile up in the hallway at 10am would still be there at 8pm. Cockroaches running around in the hallway and bedrooms. Almost guaranteed died cockroach or cockroaches located in your bathroom floor in the morning when you wake up. Bottom line: if you are planning a family getaway, truly want to enjoy yourself. Please stay away. Ps, please pack diarrhea pills, it is necessary.

Very friendly staff all over the hotel. Food was great, room was really good, comfortable good size. What we didn’t like: one of the main elevators out of service the entire stay, very poor lighting on the working elevator, service elevator also not working temporarily. Having to talk to the infinity staff upon arrival is not good. Check out process very slow, we noticed a large group of people attempting to check in or out with only 2 staff members while 7 people from infinity were not occupied, that is a big area of opportunity to leverage the awesome resources, nice people on site to assist and improve customer service would make a difference. Overall a very good experience.

Not enough elevators so we had to wait a long time

The service was excellent, great stuff I want to thank Juan Ramon from the buffet, Absalón from the Maguey restaurant, they make us feel welcome and home away from home
