staff was Great and hotel was very very clean but the fact the i could not have a guest in my room was the reason i would probaly never go back for a single guy on vacation thats not a good thing Hotel policy that i dont and wont agree with But overall very happy with my stay

Most of the food was terrible. The staff at pool bar/restaurant was rude and the food was lacking. Property is outdated and most of the “fresh” linens had stains on them it appeared as if they didn’t wash them thoroughly enough.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. A simple good morning goes a long way. They were not welcoming . We had to call everyday to ask for bottled water. The mini bar was never filled . I guess if you want new hand towels you need to drop on the door even if it’s obvious they are dirty. The supplies where never replenished. The restaurants were a joke. The only one that was worth while was the Japanese. The service was the worst. They acted like they were doing you a favor to assist you . Eric the bell boy was amazing . He said good morning and made us feel welcome.

The property was a perfect size to support a balance of activity and rest and relaxation

Overall, we had a wonderful time at Sandos. The service was outstanding across the board. You can't beat the beach at this property. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Sergio in Bar One made our visit so special. He arranged a private tequila tasting that was both fascinating and so fun, paired with foods that brought out all of flavors in each tequila tasted! Ask him about it, if you go. So worth the time. His cocktails were all craft cocktails and just delicious. I had 2 massages at the spa. Sandos special. The first was with Teresa and her technique was very therapeutic and just wonderful if you like deep tissue. My next massage was with Magi, who is more swedish and relaxing in technique, very good as well. Josofat and Juan Luis at the pool made each day extremely special, by making sure we had a beautiful beachside cabana. One day it was all decked out for our anniversary. The staff learns your name and your likes within a day or two, making you feel extra special as you utilize the facilities. Cris, one of the hostesses always greeted us by name and always gave us a nice table. The only con with this resort is the food. Very hit or miss. The hibachi restaurant and Mexican night were really good. The buffet was very hit or miss, which was disappointing. Seasons steakhouse was really bad. You can't go wrong with the cappuccinos. Definitely, would return to Sandos.

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The food was very good.

The pools and the cabanas around the pool area. The staff was excellent in taking your orders for drinks and food. Nightly entertainment was good especially Black Jack Casino night

It was a pleasure staying at this resort, excellent entertainment and pool side service. The restaurants food was pretty good, definitely a variety of chooses to eat.

The staff are very nice, Specially Janeti in the front desk. I have no complaints whatsoever about the staff. Food is delicious, downstairs is really clean. The only thing is that my room had a smell, because it was closed for long i’m guessing, but is is tolerable. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Needs a bit of freshen up on property . Probably also use disposable cups for pool bar. Cups used are mostly in poor condition

The resort is smaller than others around it so it makes for a great personalized experience. Less people equals more spots at the pool and beach. They put on the best Easter pool show I’ve seen. Full on concert basically.

Excellent accomodating friendly staff. Very helpful! The only thing i could find not attractive is the lobby was very outdated.
