We loved our stat at the Hilton Mar Caribe. Aside from the beautiful property, comfortable beds, cleanliness and proximity to the ocean we absolutely loved the staff. The coffeeshop and buffet staff in particular were amazing. The sports and entertainment team made every day at the pool and evening shows so much fun. We would go there again in a heartbeat!

rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. The food needs to improve and I observed the bartenders washing disposable plastic cups and reusing them. I asked for sprite and i got my sprite with tajin chili pepper around the rim of the cup. I observed them washing it several time and it wasnt a good wash/rinse. I just ended up walking away with bottled water and can of gingerale

First time in Mexico and wanted something close to the airport (less than 30mins drive), this fit the bill. From arrival to the hotel, Bell service felt like we were in first class. The check-in process was a breeze and we were able to go enjoy the resort even though our room wasn't ready. Staff were friendly and place was clean despite being full (it's a big resort) but they kept on top of it. Dining reservations are always an issue at places like this but if you're quick to reserve, you're in for a treat, amazing first class food for most of the places . The buffet isn't terrible either but a restaurant feel is so much nicer. I had one day where our wrist bands to open our room door stopped working. They advised someone was going there right now so I went to meet them. Waited for 30mins in the hall and no one came. I went back to the desk and advised them and they assured me someone was just there and fixed it. A few hours later I went back and yes it was fixed. Should we return to Mexico, we would return to the Hilton.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was awesome. The buffet was excellent and the other restaurants were great but it was hard to get a reservation at times. They could use more lounge chairs by the pool and at the beach as there were nowhere near enough for the number of people who needed them.

This place was amazing. Everything thing you need to relax and enjoy. The staff in all areas were friendly and ho above and beyond to serve you. We will definitely be back.

Loved staying at this property! Our concierge Jose was amazing and beyond helpful throughout our whole stay. Would definitely Stay here again. Only complaint is with the MTS transportation… picked me up 30 min late from the hotel to get to the airport - thankfully I left super early.

Our family had a safe vacation and felt like we were waited on constantly. Every staff member we passed always said hello!

It seemed they had many activities on the resort that fit most genre, and age group. Our room was comfortable and clean. The service was excellent unless you weren’t tipping as far as drinks. But they always filled your request. They were accommodating for a party of 13 for dinner, but would only reserve a seat altogether if a large amount was separately spent on the wine. It still was a beautiful night that we were all able to enjoy at one table, but expensive for a meal that was supposed to be included. Thinking of it as a very large tip! I think they do deserve that, but hoping the staff received the full tip!! In a previous review, it was said that they didn’t have fresh fruit. They always had fresh fruit, sometimes even at the 24 hour cafe! After 5 days on any all inclusive resort, it is a bit much to eat, but it seemed they always had some change up and you could never go hungry, and eat light if you wanted to. One thing to change is to have something more displaying in the lobby the days events, or in the evening for the next day, but you can always use the app. Security seemed hightened on the beach. Automatic machine guns carried in most vehicles that combed between resorts. A little scary at first, but okay to know they were present. The lifeguards seemed to be doing a great job. They were patiently trying to keep people safe, although many disregarded their whistles and hand signals. Very appreciative of their staff! Good recommendation!

It was in good shape. Room modern and comfortable. Staff pleasant. Good variety of food options. Drinks not good but typical. Bakery with cold brew and ice coffee a plus. Cabana rentals way too expensive considering food and drink are all inclusive. Should make them available for way less than $100. Most were not used during the week we were there.

Upon arrival we had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in while the staff was just talking to each other. While checking in we were not explained anything we were just told we would receive an email about the property, we were not shown where the room was. Once we found out room, there were urine stains on the toilet and floor and there was hair all over the floor. Since we were exhausted and u destined mistake happen, we let it go and made our way back to the lobby to order drinks. Once at the bar, we were totally ignore as again the bartenders were speaking to each others and told us to wait. Finally we order two margaritas which were absolutely disgusting. We proceeded to go to dinner at the buffet and asked for a night chair for our baby. We were seated and the night chair never came, even after asking over 5 times everyone kept saying yes but we never revived the chair. The food at the buffet has to be the most disgusting food I have ever had. The buffet restaurant was dirty, you could see oil dripping from the hood vets. First night we got absolutely no sleep as they were playing loud mystic outside till 1am. The following day, again we went to the buffet for lunch which was very limited and the pastries were staid. The staff cooking is severely violating DOH mandates, touching raw eggs and now washing their eggs by contaminating spoons and other foods. We tried making reservations but every restaurants was completely booked but when we walked by they were empty.
