Nice hotel, food was good, location was good, seaweed on beach but they tried to keep it cleaned up

Staff and hotel super nice. Food great! Enjoyed the entertainment.

One of the worst if not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Review of the Omni resort in Cancun. Where do I start. Let’s start with one star. One star because I don’t have the ability to give it a 5 negative stars. Upon arrival: They give us a room with 2 beds. Really, 2 beds for a married couple with no children. 30 seconds after walking away from the front desk, the vultures started circling. I politely said that I was not interested in anything but they do not listen or understand the meaning of No. We then head to our room to change and then head out to the pool. No sooner are we walking out of the elevator in the lobby and the salesmen start again. Once again I saw no and they just do not listen. At this point I just walk away. These sales people would put any car salesman to shame. They just don’t have any respect for guest. The food here is on par with a high school cafeteria. On the first night we had resveration sat davinci’s. Being that there was a dress code , we were expecting a great meal. That wasn’t the case. For an appetizer the bought out what was supposed to be bruschetta. The kicker was when they bought out the entrée. They bought out a steak that could easily be put to shame by a McDonald’s hamburger patty. It was by far the worst piece of meat I have ever eaten in my 44 years on this planet. They make you get dressed up for a meal that can’t even stand up to McDonald’s. The next morning we went to the buffet. Do you know that they keep

This was my second time at the Omni. There is a reason why I came back! Last time I went with friends and this time I came for a solo trip just wantig to relax and enjoy myself. The trip ended up being way better than I had planned. The staff goes way and beyond to make you feel right at home, they are all very friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were my favorite meal, so manh options and yummy. The overall rating for the food is good, I mean it is an all-inclusive, so compared to other ones I have been to in Cancun, the Omni plays the part. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and i will for sure be coming back for a third time. I absolutely love the hotel’s beach, even though this time around there was algae, but at times it would clear out.

We had a great experience at the Omni. We have been coming to Cancun 1-2 times a year for the past 23 years. We have stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, but this one was hands down the best. Very clean, very comfortable, and the cost was very affordable. The staff were great.Friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. This trip our group included 4 adult couples and (2) 22 year old daughters. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom Villa for free. We will definitely come back to the Omni!

Everything is amazing. Great service, Great food and drinks. The pools are super nice with nice staff. The restaurants are very nice. Just don't eat in the Italian restaurant. The food is not that good in Italian.

great place with great people and close to everything

Nice hotel. Close to the beach. Friendly staff. Not too far from the airport.

Beautiful location, ocean view, easy to get to the beach, great dining, okay lunch restaurants. It was so nice and convenient that we never left the complex!

Doors are outdated and when someone closes them it makes a super loud noise. Jumped off my bed couple of times when sleeping. Food okay. Waiters okay. Hotel staff (concierge) RUDE! I understand that I had to make reservations ahead of time, but they told me the next available reservation for a restaurant was until 4 days. We even walked by the restaurants and they weren’t busy at all! So we were stuck eating at the buffet.

to access the hotel entrance from the steet, there is a steep hill to walk. they should provide a shuttle like for elderly.

Great service and staff. Food was also great. Stayed in a villa. Wifi connected 10% of the time and really slow - resorted to using the also-slow-but-faster 3g cellular. Safe would turn off after 1-2 hours, so needed to call front desk to send someone to the room almost every time I wanted to open or lock the safe. One of our room phones stopped working on the third day. Blow dryer stopped working after initial use. If things just worked better, the space would have been pretty great for us (4 adults, 2 kids). It's a nice setup with 3 rooms and 3.5 baths.

On beach with beautiful views. Good food. Lots of activities

Great hotel, great staff and great experience. Would recomend 100%.

We had a great stay (July 24- July 27, 2018) in the Omni Cancun hotel, everybody was nice & accommodating, as soon as we arrived, everybody greeted us with a smile, Sergio was very helpful, David did not only orient us about the hotel but gave us tips to make our stay in Cancun enjoyable & worthwhile. Eric from the front desk gave us a room with a view, Francisco & Carlos from La Paloma are great, made sure that we knew about all the events Omni has every night. Carlos serves us the best coffee every morning. Our room is always clean, received new towels every day. We'll surely come back again.

Great place for family's with small kids. Great staff great pools great food

We spent 4 days at the Omni Cancun and enjoyed every minute. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The property was clean and well kept. We enjoyed all the different food options during our stay.

Staff was wonderful. The resort is very family friendly.
