I liked all the employees they are very friendly and helpful. The food is good but the selection is very bad. Very few options and the employees work so hard but they do not have enough help. The alcoholic drinks are made with the cheapest liquors and are not very good. The staff is amazing but the food selection for room service and drinks at the bars were not very good.

Super hotel staff, quality restaurants, fantastic views on ocean, nightly shows excellent! Abraham running coffee shop; Jesus at Concierge; Marco at front desk. Bad: time share reps greet you upon arrival and are very pushy. Also, app to reserve restaurants is tricky to use. Hotel room doors bang shut and echo through the hallways.

It was very hard to get a dinner reservation at any of the restaurant that required one. If it wasn’t for our friends that got married to make it ahead we wouldn’t have been able to check out the restaurants. But when we were there there were so many empty tables. I didn’t understand why it showed it was completely booked if there was still tables available. But overall we had the best time!

The staff was welcoming and attentive. They had plenty of beach chairs . Good evening shows.

The two main restaurants had very good food. Seems like someone is always trying to sell you something. They should not charge for room service at an all inclusive. The staff were great for the most part but the managers were not very. I was there October 2019 and February 2020 by far Oct 2019 was a better experience, I would go back though.

Everything was excellent. I will be returning in the next 6 to 9 months.

We had a wonderful week at Omni. Our room was nice and very clean. The staff was awesome. The food choices were great! We will come back.

The staff are the best, friendly, the management, the workers, beautiful experience.

The resort and staff were amazing. The pools and swim up bars where fantastic. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely stay there again. The superbowl party was all out. The vip seating was great. Cant wait till next trip.

It was a beautiful property, beach was lovely, no seagrass, clean....restaurants were all very good Especially loved DaVinci Italian restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Omni very much. The facilities were very clean and the food was good. There were lots of options for food. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit the Omni again.
