I liked all the different activities they had to do and the staff were great. I didn’t like the food

The staff was courteous. the rooms need a little TLC. for eg: we had our blackout blinds that would not close all the way. discovered it was a design flaw.

Wasn’t able to get reservation coz no one at the concierge desk most of the time

Staff was amazing they took very good care of us only down fall some restaurants closed to early in the day.

Staff is PHENOMENAL. The property itself could use an update as far as replacing tiles in pools, fixing some of the molding, just usual wear and tear

The resort itself was nice but some of the staff was rude and when trying to make reservations for dinner we were told everything was full when the amount of individuals staying on the resort was very minimal. I was not very pleased with the staff and how they handled these situations.

Very nice place. Beach was beautiful. Service was excellent. At the buffet Roberto was awesome! He went above and beyond! The spa was wonderful! Thank you all for taking great care of my sister and I.

Loved the location ;Property was clean. What I didn’t like was seeing people leaving their towels on lounge chairs for entire day with out being used and facility not enforcing their rules. I had a great spot every morning spent the whole day at beach while seeing loungers not used all. Keep in mind others have paid for their vacation if your not going to use the lounger do not leave your towel on it for the entire day!!! Also make your dinner reservations as soon as your checked in or you may not get to eat at restaurants. Your only allowed 1 reservation for each of the 3 speciality restaurants Asian, Mexican and Italian all were very good!!

Awesome service from Adan and Victor from the Pina Colada restaurant. In addition, Geraldo, Gilberto, Carlos and Arturo from the pool area. Been back 5 times and will be back again...Beyind suberb in every aspect!!!

It’s a 4 star hotel so we expected a lot more than we got! It felt like it was 2 max 3 stars ( thankfully to the Sushi bar that they have ( it was a very good place, and only ! But the wait time for your order took 30-45 mins, but it was not a problem comparing to other downsides of the hotel). The staff was horrible!!! If you don’t tip them EVERY time that you are getting service from them ( either at the bar or restaurant) that pretend that they don’t see you! What kind of service is that!?? We paid $2800 CAD for two for 4 nights, I don’t think that it’s the price for such service. Also they had only one buffet! Where they did not have any good or even fresh desserts, once a day in the mornings they had fruits and Omlets, one choice of meat, eggs and other food which was not fresh ( I had a feeling that it came from 5star hotels). No good shows in the evening no enetertainment. Well it’s your choice but I am telling you that you are going to waste your money. Better to pay a little bit more but chose a better resort!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Property was pretty and kept clean. The a/c in the rooms didn’t get cold enough at night to sleep comfortably. Only 2 beers and 2 waters in the fridge daily. For all inclusive it would have been nice to have more. No adult only pool like advertised. The dress code was not enforced at the Da Vinci Restaurant like advertised. We had a problem with our toilet clogging in our room.

I thought the Mexican food needs improving. Everything else was pretty good.

Me and my family had an amazing vacaciones, we love the hotel, all the staff were alway nice and very professional, specially the bar tenders.. Orlando Arcia was our bar tender every night and he treated as like family. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the food, we couldn’t eat at any of the restaurant due to you needed a reservación for dinner and they were always full, so we had dinner every night at the buffet and the food was alright.
