I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Would like it more if they had activities for the public. Everything closed early and the drinks seemed a bit watered down. But the staff was amazing they really do make your stay enjoyable

The Omni Cancun is truly recommended. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The only thing that may be improved is the variety of food at the buffet, but that may be due to the covid restrictions. The Italian restaurant was very good and made up for it. The sushi bar was great too. A fun stay!!!

I didn’t like that it doesn’t offer more nightly entertainment. Although, I understand we are in a pandemic. Other than that I liked everything.

When we arrived at our room, it smelled Musty & Old. Bellman called to see if we could get another room but could not. "SO" we called a friend at the Iberostar/Cancun and told him to come get us!! We moved to the Iberostar/Cancun where we have stayed before and they greeted us with open arms!

The staff was amazing, pools were beautiful, always cleaning to keep everyone safe. Overly accommodating with covid regulations.

This property older some renovations has been done . But what else you need it’s resort hotel beach front . You don’t spend all day at your room. Food was cheap , costumer service outstanding. Each and everyone employee just super nice .

Been to property twice and have gotten good service all the time. A little tip so the staff goes a long way.

The staff and food was great . I left behind my wedding band and Ana the phone operator tracked it down and made sure it got turned in to lost and found for me. Our second time here we will deff. be back.

We loved the all inclusive feature. The view was beautiful and convienently located. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were extremely great and went over the top to please the guests. The Covid testing process was very easy, which was important to us. The vacation club sales pitch was annoying as it wasn't worth the money. None of the hot tubs were even remotely hot-they were at best what you expect average pool temperatures to be. The pools were cold-unheated. There was only one restaurant for dinner each night besides room service so food choices were limited. The food was fairly good except for the buffet nights which were average. Shout out to David who helped us set up the Omni app and book our excursion to Chichen Itzo and Tony who was one of the wait staff!

The food was not good. The beds were rock hard. They were low on staff and the service was not as good as other trips to Mexico.

Everything was great! I hope to go back post COVID I know that has put a damper on things

Food was horrible only 1 restaurant that was ok to eat at The room service was not good at all I had to ask for wash cloths and my sheets had blood stains on them when I arrived

Very nice hotel and enjoyed the layout. Only thing we did not like is the beds were really hard.

This was the second time we had been to this property. Since we had such a great experience the first time, we thought we would go back during Covid and to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Hurricane Zeta hit the day we got there which was no fault of Cancun. We knew it would take a few days to clean up. We noticed there was maybe not even 1/3 of the staff due to Covid. The buffet was the only thing that had a consistent opening with very very limited selections. The food quality was very poor. They have a sushi bar and taco Café. They were opened every day when we were there before but this time only once while we were there. They did have an Italian restaurant that we ate at twice, but the food again was not top-notch. We also had problems in our room with a toilet in the shower. Also, there was no one to bring you drinks or fruit by the pool or down by the ocean. We had to go and get those up by the other pool and we waited over an hour sometimes to get lunch food. I myself took a bad fall one night coming back from the café down by the ocean. It had rained really hard again no fault of their‘s but I slipped coming into the lobby flat on my back and hit my head pretty good. There were two gentlemen that came to try or didn’t even try to assist me. Not even the hotel management came. Good thing I was not hurt bad but pretty sore now after getting home. Not even to check in on me the day after. We definitely will not be back to this property at the Omni.
