Fantastic i love the place Its a great place to enjoy and relax

This hotel is very beautiful , they treat people very good, I really enjoy my vacation

Our stay was okay but we would not go back nor recommend this hotel. Rooms are really old and the all-inclusive food and drinks are not good. The report areas (pools) were nice, but people go early to reserve locations by the pool, so you also need to worry about it. The hotel says it is kids friendly, but one of the restaurants doesn't accept kids, which was a bummer because we choose this hotel because it accepted kids. The shows at night are really awful, to a point it gets funny.

The hotel lobby reeked of very strong perfume. I complained at the front desk but they said the perfume is already added to the air conditioning so they cannot adjust. There was very minimal entertainment at the lobby as well. Atmosphere was dead. The food was awful. They only had one buffet restaurant that had the same bland food everyday.... for lunch & for dinner. After a couple days of the same bland food, you're dying to leave. You had to make a reservation to dine at their specialty restaurants but it was always fully booked, so you end up eating at buffet again. We were able to book at specialty restaurant a couple nights but noticed that it had small capacity for the size of the hotel.. that's why they can't accommodate everyone. They need more specialty restaurants. But the food there was a disappointment as well, slightly better than buffet but still flavorless. Fish at Mexican restaurant was chewy & rubbery (old). Husband ordered Steak at the Steakhouse and it was hard. I had chicken and it was too bland you had to douse it with sauce. Hibachi was the only food that was decent but stay away from Sushi/sashimi as they were not fresh. They rush you out, even when you're not done to let the next batch of diners in. Evening entertainment was a disappointment as well. It was always half empty or people leave midway since they were lackluster. We should have read other reviews but since we got a deal online, we chose this. We got what we paid for. Beware!!

Nice stay , good food . We had a terrible experience with Aquaworld ! Don't book anything with them , they are irresponsible and they don't care about the people and safety ! Only about the $$$$$ !

The only reason we didnt leave was because of Alexander. there isnt a whole lot of good I can say about this resort. The good is alexander from guest services

Overall, wonderful experience. Would love to come back again. Very close to the beach, variety of pools and everyday activities. Amazing!!

By far out did my expectations I recommend upgrading to the star prestige.

Rooms were very hot! We could not adjust the temp, the bead was lumpy and uncomfortable. We asked for a fan for our room but they didnt have any! The staff was awesome! Food was great!

The staff are so friendly, the Iberostar "friends" are the best, we had the best time and were so impressed with Liliana, Jamilla, David, and Manuel. We felt so comfortable and at home with the environment and the beach was the most beautiful we have ever seen:)

At first we were hesitant since this was our first trip but the staff and hotel couldn't have been any better. We were greeted with drinks at the lobby and the same level of service continued throughout our stay. I love this place and the staff were ever so pleasant and eager to help; the food is amazing and the night show just tops it off.

We have stayed at Ibetostar several times. There service and staff are great. The food is very good. The beach area is beautiful. We are never disappointed when we stay.

The facilities of this resort are amazing, excellent food, great staffing, the kid club is terrific ....Don't forget to make the reservetion for dinner on the wonderful restaurants.

Very clean resort with a very friendly staff. Only complaint would be having to make dinner reservations for every restaurant

Upgraded our room from ocean view with balcony to a swim up thinking it will make our stay more memorable but it was the opposite! The room is nice and clean but the swim up pool is freezing cold. Not even tolerable with the sun out! Main pool is also cold! Thr jacuzzi is warm not hot! Ive voiced it out to many staff and it feels like the response i get is just to deal with or "we have a jacuzzi you can use"! Well i paid extra for the swim up pool not the jacuzzi! A guy from the front desk even told us that the pool has a thermostat that it stops heating the pool at a certain temp! What the heck, was it set up to stop at 0 degree coz thats what the swim up pool feels like! Everytime i voiced my concern about the temp of the pool all i get is a smile. There was also an incidence when we asked if they can open one of the beach umbrella and the response we got was "yes you can open it!" I was like excuse me? Then they came and help, they were even having a hard time opening it! I never felt the warm welcome and accomodation in this resort! I have been to Cancun before and stayed at Moon palace where i felt that staff will go beyond to accomidate your needs! They even hold your plate for you until you are seated in the buffet resto in moon palace (which btw i think is not necessary but they still do it to make you feel special!) With that said. I will not recommend this resort to anyone. There is so much more to choose from! I will not be coming back here for sure!

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at the hotel. The staff at the hotel overall is wonderful, but the staff handling check-in/customer service were very poor. Having stayed at the hotel before, we knew (or thought) what we had to do beforehand. We made the reservation over three months ago and immediately contacted the hotel to request early check-in. Not only did they make no effort to honor this, our room was to be ready 3 hours late and were told "maybe by then" until we asked for a manager... not the way to treat returning guests!

Food was not good at all. Even the Mexican food was mediocre.

Our stay was okay but we would not go back nor recommend this hotel. Rooms are really old and the all-inclusive food and drinks are not good.
