The food everywhere was amazing! The staff was by far the best we've had at an all inclusive.

Overall the property is excellent. The staff in general is great and helpful but could use better training with their etiquette. My checkout experience was not a good one. Sanitation fees (126 pedos) was a surprise to me at checkout. To add insult to injury hotel did not have change to give back to me, so they ended up giving me coins change, which i didn't appreciate as i wanted to get rid of all my coin change as i leave Cancun. Facilities are great. However the use of those facilities, especially umbrellas spread around the varios pools, is not organized and thus their use is abused by guests. I noticed that guests would leave their towels early in the morning and leave them reserved for themselves all day, with the actual use not exceeding 30% of the time. Therefire it was almost impossible to find an umbrella available for our use after 11 am. In order to stop the misuse of umbrellas, i recommend that the hotel introduce reservations for those umbrellas in 4-hour blocks per room per day. No one should be allowed to claim an umbrella for all day when they actually use it for 2-3 hours a day.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Food was good amazing pool service and they have very good alcohol. The only thing I didn’t like was the water. Had to go outside to buy water

My fiancée and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every part of our stay here. We previously stayed at another resort and found this one to be much better. There was many choices at the buffet and we liked the food. Out of the restaurants the Japanese restaurant was our favorite. Drinks were good and bartenders were attentive to refilling drinks. Overall the hotel seems to be well maintained. The staff was very nice and responsive. Our safe batteries were low and someone was up in 5 minutes to fix it . It was also neat how they had small shows every-night you can go and see. Our only minor negative feedback would be the A/C only went to 21 Celsius, which is a little warm for us to fall asleep in. I also feel like staff was a little less "giving." what I mean by this is our last resort left us with a free bottle of wine in the room for no special event, I asked for Iberostar if they could do something small special from my girlfriend at the time for our engagement and they made me want to pay for that. So I did buy a bouquet of flowers which was totally worth it. I am thinking they restrict staff on what they can give away because they are a chain. Everyday we had a surprise on our bed from the maids which was very nice (always tip them!) Overall, we would recommend the stay here and we would stay here again. We felt safe the whole time here. Look forward to coming back.

We liked group activities during the day and night.

The property was very nice, comfortable rooms and beds. The drinks qualitiy was not the best all drinks tasted the same and by 3:00 pm if you would ask for certain drink they had “ran out” certain ingredients, only beer available was 3 equis draft. The food at the buffet was always the same and reservations to the restaurants forget about it first day my family and I arrived we went to make reservations and we were told that they were all full to check back the next day. Next day we went and still full and they took our names to write them down on a waiting list I left and never got the chance to eat at the restaurants it seems there is only space for the star prestige guests the ones that buy their vacation club package.

The hotel didn't have enough umbrellas on the beach or pool side ,we have to hunt on the morning to get one, for 3 days I have to pay for cabana in order to have a shade,the beach towels are not enough long so was unable to cover full bed area.The hotel room which we have with balcony was not always clean well and have to wait many times after 3 pm to be able to go to the room.The buffet food was not bad however if you are a vegan ( one of my daughter is ) you don't have too much choice, in my opinion if you pay this king of money ,should have better choice of food to satisfies every one.The nightly entertainment was not so great kind of boring.

Great property. Good restaurants, lovely service. The pools and beach were beautiful, and not crowded. The only thing I would do to improve is have some boogie boards or other non motorized water activities. In my opinion you should have to rent a boogie board at an all inclusive.

Not many food options for vegetarian. Food was not good
