L’hotel dispone di molti servizi. La qualità del cibo è buona. Ci sono numerosi ristoranti, alcuni accessibili solo previa prenotazione, altri solo per adulti. La pulizia degli spazi comuni non è eccellente, le aree vicino alla piscina in particolare e la spiaggia, colpa anche dell’inciviltà delle persone che non riesco a buttare un bicchiere delle bevande o a riporre i piatti utilizzati per gli snack. Il personale è gentile. Se l’albergo è al completo, preparati a fare file per qualsiasi cosa. Per prenotare un ristorante a numero chiuso(andare molto tempo prima l’apertura delle prenotazioni), per prendere i biglietti per la nave dei pirati (mettersi in fila alle 6/6.30 am), nelle ore di punta del ristorante. Sempre. Inoltre Non ci sono lettini a disposizione per tutti, dopo le 8.30/9 non troverai più nessun lettino libero. Snack disponibili come patatine, burger, hotdog e sushi. Sala giochi, baby club con piscina molto apprezzato dai bambini. Non tutto il personale parla inglese che può essere un problema per farsi capire.

I have never seen ruder staff and food anywhere. Dirty everywhere, one smelly toilet in the lobby. It is impossible to get into the restaurant. They forgot to leave towels in the room. On the plus side, a shallow, sometimes clean beach. And no one was poisoned by their food. Do not be fooled by the low price, because the hotel does not match even that price. Better visit the neighboring business.

The staff was not friendly , we had yo wait for 20-30 min every time for dinner or lunch.Not very family friendly as there are only 2 options to eat other than than buffet. I saw a cockroach too! towels in very bas shape. Bathtub was hard to get in.

We liked the amenities of the hotel but the rooms were very outdated and old.

The attention to bad!!! The room to dirty …

When we arrived they gave us a room with a broken ac. Went to fix ac and left water all over the floor. Couldn’t get it fixed. We begged for a new room. Finally had to grab our stuff and bring it down to front desk. They stuck us in a smaller room on the oasis side. Apparently they had no other rooms. Bathroom had glass walls. We had to hang beach towels up and stuff pillows in the shower windows for privacy. Room did not work out for our family. We went back and asked for a room on the side that we purchased. They said if we wanted to pay extra we could have a suite on that side. We asked for a discount and they denied that. The customer service is horrible. The food is horrible.

Many restaurants just for Adult, not friendly staff, noise during the night

Room had roaches.. inside and more than one. There are lines of people everywhere.. restaurant lines take forever and half of your vacation time. Staff doesnt care of your concerns or that ypu even have roaches in the room. They are not friendly and careless of your stay. We cancelled our stay tjere om the second night and reserved at Riu Cancun. Much better place and no lines because you serve your self at the buffett..

I don’t think I would stay here again.. 1st, we arrived at the property at 4:15 pm, perfect time for checking-in (so we thought). We completed our check-in until 6:30 pm. My 1 year old daughter, was hungry and wanted to go into the water. Was told I couldn’t go into the premises until I received my bracelet. Very inconsiderate I would think. During our stay, the room we received had two doors on each side that connect it to another room. When I say you can hear everything through those doors.. I mean EVERYTHING. It got to a point where our neighbors left the TV really loud until 3 am, and the lobby wouldn’t pick up our call. The lines for the food are incredibly long, especially for breakfast. Although it’s a “buffet,” they serve you the food and barely give you anything unless you specifically ask for more. As an introvert, that’s an inconvenience for me, and I would much rather serve myself the food. The staff was really friendly though.. not everyone but there are some things I didn’t like. For example, when we were eating, my daughter dropped a couple of fruit loops on the floor and next thing you know.. a lady pulls up sweeping our feet. I would have rather waited until we were done eating for her to begin sweeping. On our last day, it was 8 am and we were still in bed when we heard a knock on our door and 2 seconds later the door opens and it gets shut really quick. I’m not sure if the cleaning crew opened the door, but it was 8 am.

Check In was difficult because our representative spoke very little English. She gave us some wrong information , I believe she didn’t understand the questions. She also needed help what took the process longer than necessary.

I think the customer service was amazing but at the front desk they tried to move us to another hotel! It wasted so much time even though we chose to stay.

I have never seen ruder staff and food anywhere. Dirty everywhere, one smelly toilet in the lobby. It is impossible to get into the restaurant. They forgot to leave towels in the room. On the plus side, a shallow, sometimes clean beach. And no one was poisoned by their food. Do not be fooled by the low price, because the hotel does not match even that price. Better visit the neighboring business.
