After reading reviews I was nervous. Pools , food and beach amazing. Shows and entertainment on point. Great value for yoyr buck.

My family and I decided to come to Cancun for our summer family vacation this year. Our last trip to Cancun was about 25 years ago. Wow, lots have changed. Let me start by saying my children, ages 10,8,6 had the time of their life. They said this was by far the best summer vacation they had. Previous to this vacation, we went multiple times to Punta Cana every summer. So this is my children's point of reference. No need to say more why we traveled to another summer destination. The children's camp is awesome. they constantly have activities for the children from the time they open (9am) till the time they close (10pm). There was no room for boredom. The beach was very big and clean from seaweed which we were able to enjoy. Even my kids (who love the pool) said what nice beach the hotel had. There was lots to do in the hotel for families and adults too. At night there was no need to leave the hotel as there was a nightly show as well as live music band which had many people dancing. overall, we loved our family summer vacation and will definitely be coming back in the summer 2017.

Nice resort and great helpful staff. Food was terrible and limited in selection.

This hotel was not at all what we expected. I thought I was booking a 4 Star resort. I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. We were able to upgrade our room to the Grand Oasis, which was a slight step up, but we had to pay an additional $120. I would give the Grand Oasis maybe 3 stars.

Just recently returned from a week long stay at the Oasis Palm. I have to say I was surprised by the many negative reviews I read on various travel site. Is the hotel a little dated...yes but it only adds to the charm. My girlfriend and I loved the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and even those that didnt speak full english were willing to help in anyway they could. There were several restaurants to choose from and the food was great. Excellent location away from the hustle of the main strip. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, will definetly stay again on a return trip to Mexico. Thank you so much Oasis!!!!!!

It was great and fun to stay there...i will recommend my friends and family for this hotel

We stayed at Oasis Palm for 3 nights and 4 days. It was a family friendly vacation place. We love the clear water and white sand beach. We received an awesome service from the staff. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. I've never eaten so much food in my life! It was unlimited food, wine, beer and cocktails all day. What else can we ask for? My family loved it. I gave 3 stars on Wifi because it wasn't free. You have to pay per hour or per day. The rooms needs updating. Our bathroom's shower head needs and also the door knobs. They look old and rusty. The pillows are not comfortable either. However I can't complain much about the room since we stayed out pretty much all day anyway. There were lots of renovation by the pool area. So we had to keep walking around the pool to get the beach side. Those are the only ones I will give 3-4 stars for, but the rest are 5 stars. I will definitely come back to this place.

This is my second trip to this place and I'll recommend it to any one that wants to enjoy there vacation... the price is good the food is great and the the people are friendly...

My stay was excellent. Staff very polite and helpful, but the TV never worked right. Only Spanish channels, complaint was made never fixed. The Wi-Fi was not free. Food was excellent and the activities at the hotel were great. I went on a tour to Chichen-Itza and Islas mujeres. Lot of shopping and great and safe walks in the area.Had a wonderful time.

I'm was so happy, EXCELLENT SERVICE, Nais, People, Great food, Clean, Room, My Son he wants come back, Next Year♡♡♡♡♡, Love the people, Excellent

Oasis Palm - All Inclusive Family Resort was great hotel also very impressive the staff and the environment at the hotel and green areas including the beach area. All ready i travel twice and we stay Oasis Palm - All Inclusive Family Resort.

Staff was helpful and friendly, some of the advertised amenities were not ready available. Other than I can recommend this hotel, will most likely visit again.

I enjoyed my time there, people were amazingly nice and thoughtful, food was great. Entertainment was also something to look forward too. The rooms could be a little better- meaning bigger and better decor but other than that I cannot complain because they kept them clean. I would definitely go back.

I was expect to be a better hotel!! But its ok for the price!! .....................

Hotel staff (waiters and house keepers) so awesome, streamely friendly. Front desk staff not so much, we asked for connecting rooms at check in and the young man didn't even look to see if there was one available he said hotel was completely booked, hiere ver all the Other staff said the hotel was half full. He gave us sepárate romos on diferent floors (there were 7 of us including 3 children) he did put us on a wait list. We noticed the envelopes with room names and keys were preprinted so he didn't want to work extra. We talked to a manager the next day and he put us in a connecting room. The food is so good there is always something to eat all day long and late at night if you go out.

one word.. amazing. Traveling to Mexico for my second time and through the oasis brand chain i must say this experience was different. Yes this one is all inclusive and a family resort but many locals i want to say go here with their families. My boyfriend and i had fun eating at certain restaurants one for example called la Bamba seafood was just amazing and i never ate chicken that was so tender and seafood was superb. The service was spectacular everywhere you went and the ocean was just the best. Didn't care for the drinks so much because I am a wine drinker but our favorite bar was open until 1 am and the waiter was like our best friend the duration of our trip. I love it !!! My boyfriend surprised me with a ocean front dinner date with candles surrounding us and i cried of course. Stay here with family it is worth it!!!

My wife and I were going away to Cancun for 6 days to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary as well as to attend a friend's wedding in Cancun. We were very excited as we had never gone on a tropical vacation before. Our expectations were to stay at an all-inclusive resort that felt romantic, peaceful, and luxurious. I have given this establishment a 2/5 rating because it did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue we had was the overall feel of the resort: it felt cheap, as though everything was done to the minimum standard. It was not just in the physicality of the structure but an intangible feeling the air of the place--almost like corporate leadership was being stingy and did not want to invest in the property nor properly pay the staff. I felt that the resort was more interested in getting money out of me than in making a life-long customer. I did not feel like a guest. I felt like a money-source, a business target. This is bad business. Whether it's true or not, that's how it felt. And perception is reality--especially to the customer. Another issue we encountered was the noise and busyness of the resort. An activity in the pool area was always going on--from 10am to 11pm daily. (The pool area is central to the resort--the building wraps around it.) Music (with loud bass) was constantly going, whether live band or recorded music. It seemed like the staff believed it was their job to keep the guests entertained. I suppose that if you come to a resort expecting to be entertained, then this might not be a problem. But we came for a romantic, peaceful getaway. The music and commotion at the pool was so loud that it was definitely audible even in our room with the window shut. And the beach was so close to the pool area that it was far from peaceful and quiet. This was not an adults-only place, but it was not the noise from the kids that bothered us. It was the entertainment noise that felt oppressive. Almost all of the photos are for the sister facility next door: the grand version (the upgrade hotel). I didn't realize it until after we returned from our trip. This feels very deceptive and misleading. Why would the hotel company choose to post photos of the upgrade hotel for the standard hotel??? If you just looked at the photos, the place looks like paradise! That's what my wife and I expected. In addition, all the beach and pool photos show the place empty. It looks so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Yet, when you arrive, you find it is just shy of chaos in many respects. It was packed full of people! The constant dull roar of people and entertainers was just overwhelming. Again, deceiving pictures. I understand a business wants to showcase its features as best as possible. But there is a difference between putting one's best foot forward vs. staging photos and not posting photos of the actual facility. I wrote a more detailed review than this but ran out of space to write it all. In summary, we were sorely disappointed. We chose to enjoy our visit instead of mope around the 6 days we were there, but we would never ever choose to return to anything owned and operated by this hotel chain. (We also heard from friends who were at another resort down the road owned by the same company that their experience was similar if not worse than ours.) And again, it was far too busy, too noisy, un-romantic, and the furthest thing from excellent. I will admit: I did not research hotels well-enough before the trip. So consider this review in context of someone who was looking for a peaceful, quiet, luxurious, romantic getaway in the tropics. If you're looking for a loud, fun, busy, family vacation, this might be somewhat decent for you. But, if I'm spending a good deal of money to fly out of the country (for family fun or romance), I want it to feel worth it. This place was not nice enough to be worth it. I feel like my money was largely wasted in staying here.

There is nothing all inclusive about this hotel. There was no iron or ironing board, you have to call if one is needed they had the iron but no ironing board. It's a family resort but no ramps you have to pick up the stroller to go up the steps. Nothing is free... Pay for a safe, refrigerator, wifi. The ran out of wash cloth. The front desk said the AC does not go below 70. The food was horrible, breakfast was ok. They charge $104US if you lose the bracelet ( yes, the plastic bracelet), it must be given back whenever you check out. All the drinks are watered down including the orange juice. The kids are not allowed to use the water slide unless the go to the kids club. The pool and beach areas were clean. I was told by a hotel representative that it was a basis all inclusive if I wanted all inclusive I should upgrade to the sister hotel grand oasis Palm. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

the only thing we didn't like was that the visitors where very loud, until 2-3 o'clock in the morning.

This trip turned out to be better than expected. The hotel was nothing extravagant, but it had everything we needed to have a great time. Since it was spring break season there were many other college students but also many families as well. We had easy access to the downtown bars and clubs, as well as other hotels that were hosting spring break events. Some of the things I enjoyed most about the trip was the breakfast buffet (amazing to wake up to every morning), safe and easy access to downtown, and the atmosphere on the beach. However, the bar staff was a little unfriendly and it was hard to get a drink at times, but this was expected because it was all-inclusive. Overall we were impressed with the experience considering the money we aped and the fact that we we booked the trip last minute.
