The buffet offerings were poor. Hotel was outdated staff was ok. The Check out clerk was not friendly and the staff was not engaging. I would not stay here again or recommend to my friends and family

Quiet, relaxing, great service and very helpful staff

I absolutely loved everything. I went with my family we were 4 adults and 3 kids. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Staff was amazing. A big shout out for Juanixon, victor, Daniella, Saul, valentin they were amazing. Thank you sooo much for everything and making this vacation one of the best

Horrible! Do not go! Room was not ready, health hazzards for children.

Most of the staff, especially for dinner and check in or out process had a NO mentality for every question we asked and the property up charged on the tennis and jacuzzi

They ran out of food. Internet connection is horrible. They charge a fee for room service when the hotel is supposed to be "All inclusive".

The beach was narrow and very full, lots of vendors combing the beaches , the water was shallow and was great for kids ,very little waves, our pool at Grand Palm was shaded most of the day, the one at Oasis Palm was very busy and limited seating around the pool, food was okay never went hungry, the coffee bar was nice option, the drink lines were surprisingly decent, Anna at the concierge desk was fantastic

The service personnel were excellent. Any questions we had were taken care of quickly and professionally They seemed to be very well trained .

Our experience with the Grand Oasis Palm was disappointing to say the least. First, our “Ocean View” room was nestled farthest back and our view was mostly building, not ocean and did not include a balcony...even though we paid extra for this upgrade. Second, despite following protocol, we were never able to make dinner reservations throughout our entire stay...they were all full. Aside from a disappointing reservation experience, the food in general was subpar. The resort ran out of NACHOS several times during our stay. Third, there was a smell in the room and in different areas of the resort. Fourth, the consierge/customer service was by far the most disappointing. When our concerns were brought to someone’s attention, we were basically told it was OUR fault and we should have done “XYZ” instead. There was NO attempt to resolve the situation. Lastly, the Check Out process was a joke. While everyone was checking out at noon, there was only ONE person checking us out almost forcing us to miss our arranged shuttle to the airport. Paying thousands for a family vacation and not having our needs met is unacceptable. I will NOT be revisiting Grand Oasis Palm and I question using Orbitz again, as well. On a positive note, the entertainment staff and beach servers were AMAZING! Isrea, Ithial, David and Laura consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Those four made our trip and should be recognized and given a raise!!!

Check in was easy and room was clean. Food was okay, wasn't able to get into two restaurants because a reservation was required. My Sons were not able to play in the children's pool because it was part of "childcare" and I wasn't going to leave them unattended.

It’s nice hotel with good swimming pools. It has great beach with lot of palm trees. I highly recommend this hotel. The coffee is the best as well.

Despite the negative reviews about how the rooms smell moldy I booked a room with the ocean view had to pay more hoping to have nice, clean, and comfortable room. Well, we got there the room it was clean it was ok. The bathroom however, the fan does not suck the moisture, the shower head is weird I mean they could have put a nice shower head, my daughter complains how she can’t get her hair wet because there is no water in the middle it just sprays on the side. The hair dryer does not work, so they had to give me a hand dryer and it does not blow hardly any air i mean it takes about 10 minutes to dry my little girls hair, it was sloooowwwww. Employees cannot speak english most of the time when i asked something they answer you in spanish luckily i can understand and converse a little bit in spanish but my husband and daughter can’t so I have to be with either of them to translate. The restaurant and food is ok, except for the restaurant dos lunas terraces where the serve lunch outside. Dirty outdoor area, not sanitary, they put the dirty plates close to the tables and birds are eating from those plates (disgusting) same thing employees hardly speak english. The beach is nice, we love going to the beach, the pool by grand oasis is nice and warm, my little girl loves it. Overall, I would not go back to this hotel.

Food was terrible at the buffet and plates were always not filled etc , first room smelled like mildoo and ac wasnt working in the whole area then the 2nd room they gave us was nice though... Also making reservation for a restaraunt took me 3 times and its stupid that u have to wait in line at least an hour to get reservations.. i stayed at a hotel in cancun before which u had to make reservations but all u had to do was call....

First, I booked Oasis Palm, but it was switched to the Grand Oasis (which is right next door). No problem, though, I was a little skeptical because the GO received lower ratings. Our check in was VIP style. My family and I stayed there, with 2 rooms, and we had no problems whatsoever, rooms were cleaned daily, AC worked well. The pool and beach area were fun for all. Staying at the GO, you were able to access all the restaurants on the property. The best ones were the Maki Taco and the Dos Lunas. Some reviews complained about the lines at the bars, however, you can walk away with multiple drinks at once. One server, Laura, worked very hard serving the entire area. We pulled out some extra tips and she kept coming back to us quickly. The service at each restaurant was great. All the staff worked really hard, I suggest tiping just a little extra for their hard work. The pool areas had entertainment every night...the party never stopped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Oasis, a great place to take the family. If you want the adult experience, then I would recommend Oasis Sens.

The restaurants, the pools and the elevators were crowded all the time, the staff were kind of slow and mant parts of the pools seemed to be dirty, it was the first and last time for me in this hotel
