Staff is nice and friendly. The hotel is well located. The bad thing is the smelish room because of the carpet. It was bothering me all the time. I didn't like that I only found one shampoo, one conditioner and one lotion for two people. The hot breakfast was OK.

Elevator was inoperable and we were on the third floor. Also, Police had to remove the person staying across from our room at 2:30 in the morning because she was disturbing the floor.

Decent value for the money. No cabinet or chest of drawers, which was unusual. Convenient for exploring Sarasota. Nothing exceptional but okay for 1 or 2 nights.
