There was a service fee of $30 per day. The claim was that the services included wifi but later they said the wifi was complementary. Moreover the wifi was not secure (encrypted) and so we did not use it. Other services included providing extra shampoo, etc. The service fee was unacceptable. Also the parking cost $18 per night not including tax. So they added $50 per day to our bill.

Payed for a room front facing the ocean, received a room that was on the corner, facing the fun slide of a water park and a construction sight. The woman at the front desk didn't know what she was doing, charged me a resort fee not once, not twice, but 3 times that I had to dispute with my bank. Ate at the restaurant... We were the only people in the restaurant, half the lights were turned off, and the food had to be comped because the burger was sent out completely raw, bleeding all over the plate twice, the plantain were charcol black and burnt to a crisp, sent it back for them to give me new ones that were frozen in the middle. I ordered the hand pulled noodles. NOODLES more than one it was not. It was one single noodle, folded in half and then cut. Our air-conditioning went out at 2AM. I called the front desk and it just kept ringing. Walked downstairs to find not one person at the desk. Had to get valet to call someone. For them not to send anyone to my room. The shampoos in the room were half empty, had to go to 7-Eleven to buy essentials, and food because both their resturant and rooms were horrible. As much as I paid, I could have stayed at hard rock down the road and saved $450 and stayed at the holiday inn 4 buildings down. Will never stay again, will never recommend.

Everything was awesome except no continental breakfast. But that was ok because everything we wanted was within 450ft of the hotel, like right across the street. This was the best stay ever since our children’s vacation when they were little and we would bring them to Daytona Beach for vacation, now that they’re all grownups we can now enjoy our time at what we call Hollywood stay and we’re already planning our next vacation. This was one of the cleanest most modern hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a simplistic beach theme. The large king suite at just over 1000 sf features a corner glass living room with awesome view of the ocean. There is also a dining area and kitchen. The bathroom had double lavatories and a spacious frameless glass shower with a very non slip . The rest of the hotel is beautifully designed and all of the staff was pleasant and courteous. A definite place to stay in Daytona centrally located.

First time staying at this property and it was absolutely gorgeous. I love the balcony view of the ocean because I’m a beach person. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything was clean. I will be back again for a future stay.
