The reason I only gave 4 stars is the parking, our car was covered in bird crap. They hosed it down and the guy had the door open on drivers side inside my brand new Audi got all wet. They didn't offer to pay for detailing and still charged us $33 a night for valet parking. The least they could have done was offer to take the parking off our bill. I used valet parking because I thought our car would be taken care of. I realize they can't control birds but I wonder where they parked it. Other than that the hotel is very clean in a great location and the staff were wonderful.
