Started with check in, attendant was not friendly or informative. Once, in the room didn’t seem like toilet was working, has eco flush that you must wait 10-15 mins between flushes. All 3 beds were uncomfortable for four adults. The shower had black mold, bathroom was really small, couldn’t hardly wipe myself, bottom of bathroom door was scuffed up, main door did not seal properly. All around the property was poor construction and dilapidated. Free breakfast was not refilled, and saw a few American roaches crawling around walls. Only thing they had going for them was the pool and beach access.
The price for what you get is way over priced
Upon check in, there was a mix up with charging our credit card and had to wait for things to get somewhat sorted out. We paid for our first night but wasn't sure if the refund was going to be put back in properly. We used another card the following day to complete payment. The bathroom had dirt and hair from previous tenants behind the door and found a hair in the "clean" bed that we had yet to sleep in. The shower pressure was poor and my garden hose has more pressure in it. The toilet didn't fully flush, needed to wait 10 minutes to flush again to fully get rid of anything in the bowl. Some of the cleaning staff did not speak English and used a translator app to know what we were asking. The amount they charged was a joke and was more than 2 months of our mortgage. It was over $1400 for 3 nights. Like most places when there is an event they take advantage of the situation, I get having some prices elevated but not this high. This is a "not so quality inn" and the name is an oxymoron. The place we were suppose to stay in cancelled last minute and needed a new one close to Daytona speedway. The overall condition of this place is sub par. The Choice hotel brand that has this under it's umbrella needs to really pay attention to run down places like this. The breakfast was muffins my 8 year old niece could make. They had coffee, fruit, cereal and waffles which we only had muffins and coffee. My rating of this place is at best a 1 out of 5 and that's pushing it.
We were not sure how we felt when we pulled in to property, but we continued with the process and went to the room the chain lock didn’t work and the entry light to the room didn’t work other than that we were happy with the cleanliness of the room staff was friendly the place need a face lift and a solution to the ice machine situation
To many kids making noise and up till all hours. Beach were over crowded and noisy

The property was very run down. The 4 days we where there they never clean our room. The bathroom sink would fill up and was very slow to drain and the mirror had no light. pool was dirty. Very thin walls as you could hear a lot of noise threw both the walls and ceiling’s. The property is located next to a huge high rise construction site with loud noisy work beginning early in the morning. Overall this property is a knock down waiting to happen. Orbitz should remove this property from its listings!

The remote to the TV didn't work. Nobody came to clean our room until the evening before we left. The room smelled moldy, the AC didn't work too well, and we ran out of towels and the lady didn't even want to give us anymore! Waste of $500
Close to pier .9mile Rooms are clean stay there 4 times a year.

The only thing we liked about this place was location. When checking in we were informed we had to pay to park on property which on the Orbitz site stated FREE which I showed staff. He just stated like a recording over n over wasn't there policy . So I'm assuming in the way he acted like a ROBOT he heard this alot. There were dead roaches along the walkway outside of rooms. A HOMELESS man sleeping in the pool area. Which did not make us feel safe there. The pool was unkept. There was a nice coat of green slime growing at the bottom pool. Pool furniture had seen better days back in the 80's. We will never stay there again we left after first night n found a better place down the road. Oh also the pics they post were done in better times of this place.
