The best part of this hotel is the deluxe rooms with the extra space with a single bed. Love that. Also, food is excellent and portions are generous. Very nice lobby area with comfortable, spacious seating and a restaurant/bar.

Was supposed to be an Ocean View room but wasn’t. Told orbits about it after check in and didn’t hear anything back from Orbits but did hear back from the hotel saying to come by the front desk when we had the opportunity. Went by the desk at 6:00pm when we returned to the hotel and spoke to person at the desk, I was told they needed an email confirming an oceanfront room and I should have come earlier because no oceanfront rooms were available at that late time anyway. I can assure you that anytime someone asks why I won’t stay at any Hilton properties, I will refer to this trip specifically. Thanks for screwing up my Thanksgiving vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were kind enough to give us our room right away, which we really appreciated. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, great service and a great experience — we would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony on the 5th floor oceanfront had a wonderful view. The restaurant on site was very convenient and across the road, walking distance are several other choices. Breakfast at the hotel was really good and reasonably priced. Wait staff very friendly. My biggest complaint was that the refrigerator in my room was not plugged in when I checked in. I have to pull it out and get the cord and plug it in. Even after that, it did not work very well and did not cool the drinks that I put in it. Otherwise, the room was find.
