We had a king oceanfront balcony room, was spacious and well decorated. Bathroom has a large shower and housekeeping does a great job of keeping towels stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Great views of the ocean from room (4th floor).Pool area is great with plenty of sunbathing and very comfortable shaded areas. We stayed in September and the beach is not crowded and seemed almost like having our own private beach. Hotel is across the street from shopping center, easy to cross the street to Publix, Walgreens, Denny's, Ruby Tuesday, and some shopping. Hotel is very secure, have to have key to enter, parking lot very well lit. We have stayed here twice and will return next year!

We checked in got a decent room with a partial view of the water just perfect. They had some problems with hot water and wifi but they were quick to fix them and kept us up to date as we stayed. The rooms and hallways themselves after about 7 days started to smell so rank like dirty feet and sour water. Housekeeping staff was horrible always fighting on the 4th floor of the hotel. The rooms were clean but the hallways were far from it. Pool was nice, location is a bit sways from Daytona beaches crowded areas. Front desk staff was great and accommodating in all aspects.

Hotel lived up to the excellent standards of Hilton, coming to the aid of Hurricane displaced couple. Our room was exceptionally clean, and while the hot water was unavailable for two days, when it did come on it was hot and inviting. We also didn't eat at the hotel, but the food area was clean, the food inviting and service personnel were at the ready. Should the need arise, we will look to Hilton for a comfortable and inviting oasis.

You have many hotel choices in the area but this particular Hilton Garden Inn is exceptional. The hotel is clean, the pool/hot tub are well kept. The staff are incredible!! Absolutely a great experience.

I stayed overnight in this hotel a few days after Hurricane Irma had cleared the area. While I do understand that this powerful storm caused damage to property, it was inappropriate that I wasn't informed upon check-in that half the carpet in the room was wet and there was no hot water. I was returning my 89 year-old aunt to her home in Florida when we stayed there and the wet carpet posed a slipping risk when stepping from the carpeted area to the tiled area. Poorly done. Other staff members, including the restaurant and engineering were fabulous and were unfailingly polite and kind to my aunt. Kudos to them!

I stayed 4 nights. Check in was at 4p.m. But I arrived two hours earlier and it was no problem. Also, I requested late check out. fThe staff was great and excellent customer service. It was what i was expecting from a hotel point of view. The location was perfect. I do recommend The Hilton Garden Inn

Everything was great except the coffeemaker in the room was the absolute worst coffeemaker I have ever seen. This Keurig unit had some "picture directions" probably created by someone who doesn't speak English and didn't make sense. When you pour water in the top it runs out below all over the place and got a lot of my stuff wet (ruining some food and papers I had on the counter). It would never turn on even after I cleaned up the massive mess it made. WHY WOULD YOU EVER PUT A MACHINE LIKE THIS IN A ROOM WHERE DIFFERENT PEOPLE ARE USING IT ALL THE TIME??? Just put an easy to use simple machine like a Mr Coffee in the room, please.

The hotel delivered great service. the breakfast package was good and very convenient. The beach view was okay as I expected to have a full view not a side view but the room was very well suited and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice Hilton property. Easy parking. Delightful check in. Room 415 has a nice ocean view. The room was very clean and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. The pool area is very clean and includes a large hot tub. The pool is big and there is plenty of room on the deck area. Right off the pool deck a short stairwell takes you to the beach and ocean. Picture perfect gorgeous stretch of beach. Two reasons I did not give this property 5 stars- the bathroom sink is an extremely slow drain and the ice maker on this floor does not work.

Great stay only one night but everything was great. Great views of the ocean. Because I'm a gold member breakfast was given to me at no charge. Service was good. My room was was ready when. I got there I didn't have to wait
