Spacious Oceanfront Retreat | 2 King Beds + Sleeper | Balcony + Kitchen

Wake up to stunning ocean views in this large 1-bedroom direct oceanfront condo! Featuring two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen, this comfortable getaway has space for the whole family or group. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, and take advantage of resort-style amenities. Perfect for a beach vacation, this unit offers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable views right on the shore!

We have 1 outdoor pool, indoor pool and 1 hot tub available, fitness center, sauna and are working on heater for indoor pool and hot tub. Guests have beach access from the north side ramp. We also have our own private parking lot next to the resort, as our parking garage is closed for repairs.

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Overall the property was well kept. The bathroom was clean. Towels that were provided was sufficient. The balcony could use a little TLC. The owner was prompted in responding to my questions and concerns. It would be wise to pack trash bags and toilet tissue. The owner was very honest in letting me know about the renovations and setting my expectations.

We had a great time! We would most definitely come back! The kids loved the toys in the apartment and the kitchen had plenty of things we needed to cook for every meal! The outdoor pool was beautiful and it was very easy to get to the beach! Parking was very easy too!
