Poor customer service. Not professional, staff were piling in the waiting room inappropriately and speaking loud. However the security's guard precisely the only one who showed respect great customer service, professionalism. I can’t recall his name but he works in the evening probably on his 30 s dark blue shirt and has glasses. I also needs to admit that the concierge that checked us in was fine. Room were cleaned, property over all was cleaned but could use a refresh all doors are stained and locked are rusted, hallway needs deep pressure cleaning and paint job refresh. The welcome drinks were horrible and no value added to the experience. I believe if those items are taken in consideration your building will stand out and people will have a better experience.

I will probably stay here again. Very nicley updated, clean, etc. For the price, you get all you need. Close to the beach, at the international beach entrance. The parking is funky, but you will get it for free, you might have to leave your keys.
