The smell of old musty mildew was almost unbearable. Room was not the cleanest, the pics look excellent like it’s updated but it was poorly done and very shoddy work making it subpar and lacking. The only thing going for the hotel is the location right on the water. This place charges way too much for a poorly done, smelly room. Will not book again. Which is a shame as Daytona is frequently my weekend getaway.

However, when we approached the bed and pulled back the blanket and pillows, we discovered yellow stains, visible dirt, and even hair on both beds. The bed sheets were clearly unclean, with dark spots on the linens. Since it was already midnight, we did not want to disturb the staff. Instead, we went to our car and brought our own blanket to place on the bed so we could sleep. We were extremely disappointed with this experience. When I checked out and informed the front desk staff about the situation, her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I am writing this review in hopes that management will read it and take action to properly clean and replace the bedding for future guests

The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very spacious, only 2 things, we saw a small cockroach and the other is that the shower curtain was in terrible broken condition, otherwise everything was very good

There is mold in the ceiling of my bathroom and they said the hot tub was fixed and it was not and the pool was ice cold I asked for room service to come and give me clean sheets cause I had a kid spill never showed up, also asked for new towels never showed up. I had to go down to the front desk myself to get what I needed that also included toilet paper being the maid did not do her job.
