The good, the bad, the ugly

The parking there was horrible they double parked people so there's a person parked behind you so you cannot get out then they tell you to go park at another lot down the street that's no security it's in the hood. The room I had was a handicap room in the shower overflowed the water onto the floor in the bathroom which leaked into the living area. The room attendant knocked on the door at 10:00 a.m. asking if I was leaving yet when check out time is 11:00 a.m. the people working there the room attendance the security guard and one other person didn't even speak a liquor English they just look at you and smile and keep walking but for convenience and location and getting there it was perfect straight down International Drive and you run right into the hotel other than that it is what it is

OK for two days but wouldn’t stay longer

The location of the hotel was the best part because it’s super close to the beach. The rest of the hotel was just ok. It was clean enough but the mattress pad and blankets for the pull out couch were stained and I had to ask for clean sheets. Also, we were only given three bath towels for four people so I had to ask for extras of those too. One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow.

It is DIRECTLY on the beach and by the famous sign. I was shocked at the amount of homeless people in the area. I did not feel comfortable going to the beach at night. Heard a few arguments and yelling late at night on the street. The staff tho….. AMAZING

The front desk staff & security personnel were very pleasant & polite. Our room was clean. Loved the beachfront view. My only negative, please keep the outside walk ways clean. It's the 1st thing visitors see coming - going. The area is very neglected.

I have to start out by saying that the staff in the main lobby were FABULOUS! As for the rest of the staff they were sub-par to average. Housekeeping was limited to bringing towels and making the beds. The room was never swept, the glass to the ocean facing balcony was filthy and never cleaned. The bartender at the poolside Tiki Bar was inattentive and sometimes not even around. We waited sometimes up to half hour to be waited on. The Tiki Bar at the neighboring hotel was great and we frequented that one. The elevator up to our floor smelled like someone threw up in it. Neither the bathtub or the bathroom sink drained properly and the water pressure in the shower was horrible 😩. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was close to the pier and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Should’ve been a great experience but the hotel worked their hardest to make it unpleasant. Roaches everywhere, horrible parking, too far from the boardwalk, and poor service. They charge a $150 hold fee in case they catch you smoking, guilty until proven innocent. The money didn’t come back to my account for days and I ended up stranded without money for gas or food. I called the hotel and they said it wasn’t their problem.

Great for the price!

We only got to stay one night since we were passing through but you can't beat the price with a beach front balcony!! There was sand in the floor which is to be expected because you are at the beach. Room was clean. Pool was good. Nothing fancy but made my kids happy! The workers really love their job. They were happy every time we saw them. We would definitely go back.
