The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom and shower spotless, everything looks fresh and modern, I ordered dinner from the restaurant on the premises the food was passable they did not include the salad which was listed as included with the main dish beside that an overall a pleasant stay.
The room was so nicely decorated and the balcony is such a pleasant touch! Being on the fifth floor gave us a great view of the water, Ed Koch bridge, manhattan and the sunset! The room could’ve been more cleanly. It didn’t seem to have been swept or wiped in certain places. We always carry our own ...
Amid covid-19 we were allowed to have an early check in and also received an upgrade in room since room prices has gone down from when I made my initial reservation. Staff was amazing. Her name was Maria (forgot her last name). Location is great. Will stay when I come back to NYC.
I knew the room was small, but I didn't realize how small it was until I arrived. Cold air was seeping through the bathroom. I had to turn the thermostat to at least 73-74 soni could feel warm, but then it would just feel stuffy.
