No attempt to provide guests with an alternative breakfast buffet
Room was pleasant with comfortable space. Room was 48 degrees when we entered. Window had been left open during a snow storm and freezing weather. Nikki at the front desk was responsive when we asked to be moved to another room which was a comfortable temperature. At breakfast I heard two other tables ...
The shuttle service and parking options were great
Close to airport. Clean room with comfortable bed and goos size bathroom with high speed wifi. Room has mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Due to COVID19, there was no shuttle to airport, no breakfast, and minimal staff on hand.
I like the fact that they are welcoming and have a clean facilities. My only problem was the toilets that wasn't flushing. But overall it okay, for the one night.
