Everything was great other than couple of things. We couldn’t connect to WiFi for whatever reason. When called front desk, they transferred me to tech support and they couldn’t help. The other thing is that our room was cold. We turned up the heater to 80 bit max temperature it went up to was 71F.

We had two parties during our stay with adjoining rooms. The parking here is terrible, definitely not adequate. Staff was snarky when asking for any help. One room the bathroom was terrible, it was dirty (soap spots on the walls and on the artwork hanging in the bathroom, bathroom door was broken and didn’t even have a lock - just big hole where the lock was supposed to be - there was so much dirt and grime in our bathroom that we used the bathroom in the other room we reserved, the sink had a giant crack that ran across the entire length of it, the end tables and tv stand were sticky and dirty upon our arrival.. will not stay here again.

It is extremely difficult to like because the bad experiences both at check in and checkout, overshadowed the entire stay. Some of the staff were unnecessarily rude, especially at check out. Such stark attitude is not welcoming at all. During my stay, my vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot.
