Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

My toilet was leaking when we were there and they sent someone up to fix it except when they went up I didn't notice any difference and it continued to leak. They sheets are sub par for a Sheraton. I've had more comfortable bedding at a motel 6. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful so that was nice.

I stayed here last night until today. This morning we were awaken by the sound of dripping water coming from the ceiling. We called guest services they sent maintenance to check it out and it was determined the person staying in the room above left the shower water running. The maintenance gentleman that came was very nice, apologetic, and got the water turned off to stop leaking, which we appreciated. He also gave us a 2 card for free coffee, he went above and beyond in customer service. When we checked out the front desk person was not so apologetic at first I showed him the pictures and he continued to check us out and charge us for valet. When I asked him how I would go about about a refund for the inconvenience, he said he would have to go speak to someone. When he came back he said he would not charge me for the valet, which was good. Then he gave me a card told me to contact them next week to see about a refund. Not at any time did he say since we didn't charge you for valet you won't get a refund. After, leaving the hotel I called Obitz where I originally booked through to ask about a refund and they were really helpful in contacting the hotel to ask about the process. However, the hotel manager said that since they did didn't charge us for the valet they would not refund us for the room. I paid over $200 for one night to have to check out early because of a leak, I think it would have been only right to refund or offer a complimentary stay for the inconvenience.

Booked this hotel off of Orbitz where it had " good ratings". The hotel has an excellent location on the downtown mall. Because we were late getting there------I did not want to have my wife who was using cane to have to walk across the street(the hotel has 2 locations adjacent to each other not made clear in the review.) The room was a very long distance from the elevators. The room was adequate though with very dingy and old appearing.Bedding and beds were adequate.Closet space adequate but not with any light. Dresser drawer space was limited. Phone was difficult to use and different areas in the hotel were often not well illuminated.Adequate plug ins and connection to the internet.Room service was an expensive bad joke. a 59.00 breakfast was delivered in a paper sack and was terrible. Parking was exorbitant. It was impossible to park your car by yourself because of the disorderly nature of the garage.valet charge was 45 per night. The night before leaving called and asked that the car be brought down by 5;130 AM and that a bellhop pick up our luggage by 5:15. Neither happened . I was glad to escape. Very bad experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We enjoyed it very much. The location, the facilities, the staff. Especialy a guy at the reception by the name MANUEL.

It was perfect stay in Denver rooms were clean and roomy, free fwi everything was comfortable I will stay their again

The hotel was nice and the location was amazing. We paid for the upgrade to get continental breakfast and snacks, which was definitely not worth it. The food was not good. The temperature of the room was impossible to maintain and the beds were rock hard, but the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again, but would book the basic room.

Business traveler looking to make good on a NY resolution. Chose the hotel for the larger fitness facility and that was very good. Location is good. Tower facility is well-maintained but it is a flawed building.

Great hotel with a perfect downtown location. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Seemed to be understaffed in nearly every part of our stay. Had to call hotel security due to noisy hallway, seemed to have lasted all night. Not sure if they ever came to quiet the other guests.

the bathroom made piping/seewer type of loud noises even when not used, can hear shower and toilet flush from contingent rooms, loud construction noises during weekdays starting at 7am or earlier, beds need new matresses

Didn't advertise price of parking which was too high priced 45.00 dollars for valet !service

I was here for spring break and I have to say that my stay was quite enjoyable. I'm a front desk supervisor at a hotel back home and I felt that all staff were always willing to help, if needed. We barely spent time in the room given that we were here for a vacation, but i experienced no problems at all. We were offered a $5 voucher if we "made a green choice" to not have our room cleaned which was a nice incentive. The only downfall was that we had to pay for parking every night, but it was expected since we are in the city. Delia was very friendly at check in. She's the only person we dealt with. Housekeeping were also very friendly as well. I was always greeted when I walked by them which was great. I felt very welcome and I will return! Thank you for an amazing stay!

there was flying cockroach in our room. The staff didn't handle the situation properly.

I reserved this room for guests from Taiwan. Check in was fast, did notice there was an annexe. Room was in the main building. There was mention where the hotel was renovated, smelled musty, promised a good view, saw a building and not the mountains. Overpriced for the experience.

Reason we picked this place was for the location and we had a event near here to attend. I booked room online and when we checked in the beds were not even made and room was not clean. After calling front desk they wanted us to wait for housekeeping instead of giving us another room! After 15 minutes of waiting we demanded another room, ended up getting smaller room ( same size beds). Staff was polite for the most part but seemed overwhelmed. I will not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone.

we were in town to see YES at the Paramount so this hotel was within walking distance and having the Yardhouse attached was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly and on the spot. I have traveled a lot and would recommend this hotel .

Stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. We were on the 21st floor which gave a spectacular view of the city and mountains beyond. We enjoyed the club level perks as well. We will probably stay here again in the future. Parking was more than we would have liked to pay, but there were no other options.

Hotel was good location but staff was not on the same page. For a four day trip our room never got cleaned, maids were unaware of what the front desk knew about the situation and spoke little to no english. Was also not pleased that they would show up like before 8 am on the day we were checking out at noon.

Went on a Saturday and the hotel as nice enough to let us check in early. I loved the location and the restaurants inside the hotel. Everything was perfect.
