Had to go to 3 different floors to find a working ice machine.

The pool looks nothing like the picture. Different everything and it’s small. Also in a separate building so if your in the 1st building it’s far and difficult to get to. The staff tried to say they didn’t have a room for us when made it to check in and said that 4 was when it “started” but it could be anytime after 4 up to 8 as a line of about 20 other people were waiting for rooms. Understaffed greatly.
