Very clean and the dtaff was very helpful. My only complaint was that there was a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. The microwave available was downstairs in the lobby and not very convenient. Having one on each florr would be better. Since I was eating out during my stay, I did have left overs that I would have liked to reheat, but didn't want to trek downstairs to do it

I booked this hotel based on using the “my location” search on the Travelocity app. Unfortunately this was not the hotel I was directly across the street from and was actually 30 minutes away. I tried to cancel and get a refund with no luck. Very poor customer service and misleading search function on the app.

One outlet was inside of the wall. I almost electrocuted myself when I tried to plug in the coffee maker. One of the bedside lamps was a strobe light. The refrigerator did not work.
