DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver

The lobby was nice and clean when we arrived. Unfortunately the rooms were not as nice. The carpet seemed to be damp our entire stay, and the air conditioner wouldn't kick off because it was so humid in the room.Bathroom was small but also okay. We used the pool and hot tub one night and the hot tub was nice and located outside, however the pool area was outdated and also had carpet which seemed to be an attraction for mold. When booking this hotel we also thought it was closer to the downtown area but everything was pretty far away, if you want to go to Central Denver.

Compared to several other Hilton/Hampton Inn stays over the last year, this location was just average. No free breakfast, room seemed like it was a smoking room yesterday, very "yellowed".

This Double Tree branch was a lower quality than I was anticipating. The Main level looked great, but the hallways were stuffy and the carpet/walls were very old and looked dumpy. The room itself was fine, although when we checked in at 4 PM the water was shutoff until 8 PM, and so my wife was upset she couldn't shower - as we had been traveling all day and had airport and plane "funk" on us. Then the water of course ran red and dirty for a few minutes when the water was restored. Finally, our toilet began to leak the next morning. Luckily we were out for the whole day and it was repaired by the time we returned. Overall, not as high quality as I expected from a Double Tree.

Several hotel employees were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice pleased w room will b back n would recommend

Hotel was very nice and clean. Very quiet once in the room

Very nice hotel 10 minutes away from downtown close to freeway and they gave us fresh yummy cookies

Rooms are a bit dated but the beds are super comfortable and it has a huge, well equipped gym with delicious, speedy room service. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about places to visit and things to do. The rooms were quite nice and everything looked well kept, with the exception of the closet that held the ironing board. When pulling out the ironing board, some used, bunched-up undergarments plopped from under the board. The staff handled the matter very well and moved my room without hesitation. Aside from this experience, I was pleased with my stay and with the staff at this doubletree in Denver.

Everything was ok but wish there was a shuttle to the airport

Sera from Buena Vista checked us in and made the experience wonderful! She made sure we got the perfect room since we were expecting one with a view of the mountains and a small balcony. The room was nice and clean and very quite. The customer service was always polite and ready to help in any way. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes if we wanted a shuttle. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot to choose from. We felt this hotel was in a great location since the shuttle would take us to the train station and we could get downtown within 30 minutes. They also have an AVIS car rental desk in the lobby so that made things very convenient! We can't wait to go back and relive the experience again.

We went to Denver for the weekend and this hotel was great & close to a lot of shopping areas or just a cheap Uber ride away...And they have awesome cookies when you check in!

Clean rooms and friendly staff! I highly recommending staying here. I plan to in the future

I booked this hotel through Orbitz, but was transferred to Expedia when I call Dan to change my reservation. After 30 minutes of running around with both companies I decided to stay in the hotel. It is a nice hotel but was much further from the airport then we had wanted or were told when we scheduled this reservation.

Enjoyed the staff, free cookies and location. Shuttle service to and from the airport was an awesome perk!

I stayed at this Double Tree by Hilton in Denver for one night while driving through. Check-in: Excellent When I walked in at around 7 or 8pm, the lobby was nice and there was an employee at the counter ready to help me. The woman who checked me in was nice enough, but hard to hear when she spoke. Room: Substandard I reserved a room with a King bed, but was given one with two doubles instead. The room was very basic and lacked simple amenities such as a mini-fridge and microwave. The room was very warm and the air conditioning unit didn't work very well. The room was on the 9th floor. I had hoped for a decent view, but just saw what appeared to be the airport. The walls were very thin and I heard loud music coming from the next room late in the evening. The one positive thing about the room was that it was at least clean. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay for what I would expect from a Hilton hotel.

Only disappointed after 4 days of staying at your hotel my flight was changed and ask if my checkout could be exstend from 12pm to 1pm and that was denied.very disappointed since I was also traveling with my 6yr old child.I frequent Colorado at least every 2-3 months I just might go back to the Hyatt but at this time I'm not sure.

The hotel was shabby, small and difficult to get around. The elevators were unbelievably small. The restaurant turned out to be a buffet and not the classy dinning experience I was led to believe it would be. The gym was located in an odd hard to find place. The popcorn ceiling in my room was falling off onto the floor and the walls showed bubbling from water damage. The wifi was non existent... the only good thing about this hotel is the location and the maid service. Otherwise this hotel is not worth the money.

Very tired hotel in bed of restoration! Extremely small bathrooms!

Spa was out of order which was disappointing, but a well kept hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
