It was very clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The location was great, so near Union station and very convenient. However, it was very minimalist and the furniture, one couch and one chair, was very uncomfortable. One of the bathrooms did not always have hot water. It was lukewarm enough to take a shower, but didn't get hot all the time. Very weird.

The house has a very bad sewer smell. The water in the shower and the bathroom sink has a terrible stench. The lights in the kitchen continuously flickered. The cushion on the pullout couch was torn so all of the stuffing was coming out of the back. The floors and shower were ridiculously dirty. My socks actually turned colors from it. Will not stay here again.
