Nice and clean. Check in was fast. Great location in down down Denver. Breakfast buffet great.

Very spacious room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Front desk &reception undergoing renovations did not create a problem aside from looking temporary.

I love that it is so close to the convention center and the 16th Street Mall. I can leave my car with the valet and just walk wherever I need to go. The rooms are always so nice and clean. The beds are so comfy. The continental breakfast is great too. Warm food and fresh coffee. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating as well.

Great hotel, perfect location, wonderful breakfast

Great location. Not the best front desk service. When we arrived the receptionist said they ran out of the two-queen beds we had reserved and she was going to "upgrade" me to a king with a pull-out sofa bed. I said that's not an upgrade and I'm not paying that kind of money to sleep on a sofa bed. She then immediately "found" an open two-queen room. I'm not sure what she was trying to pull but it was shady.

Breakfast is great, it’s clean, rooms are huge! I recommend it!

Our main reason for selecting this hotel was because of the indoor pool. When checking in, we were informed the was closed do to an unspecified incident earlier that day. The hotel would not refund if we declined to stay, because we had booked though a third party (Orbitz). The front desk did however arrange for us to use a pool at a neighboring hotel. Also, when booking through Orbitz, we had selected a room labeled City View; our 2nd floor room overlooked an alley, which I guess is technically part of the city. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

After returning from a cold night out around midnight, The hotel front desk Lady was very annoyed and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for the coffee to be refilled.

Huge room, very helpful front desk staff, erratic room service.

The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The problem was largely thst the room had no overhead lights, which made the kighting in the room so poor i had to go to other buildings to do work.

Nice place, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast

This hotel is a great value and in a perfect location to enjoy Denver!

The hotel is in a great location, just a block off of the 16th Street corridor. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has healthy options and fresh fruit, along with the standard fare. There are two not so great aspects: - The WiFi (basic) was very slow, even for email and basic chat - The twin front desks are a bit confusing.

The staff was friendly the room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was walking distance from the 16th street mall

We came for a concert at mile high stadium. This hotel was a perfect location. We were able to check in early. Room was super clean. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the RTD that took us everywhere. We had s fantastic trip.

Short walk to 16th st mall, close to stores, restraunts .
